+Cookie Lover they actually have good foot work they are just releasing their ball so fast that they can keep running because their grounded foot hasn't been put back down its called 'give and go' for a reason most really good netballers know when to use this to either speed up play, create an option or to step around an opponent.
+Simply Camryn their grounded foot isn't being placed back on the ground so they can give it and go it's a technique used by most good players. If you were an umpire you would know the definition of stepping. I'm getting really sick of correcting girls who play on a Saturday that think they know the rules when they're like 11.

The amount of players i've seen in this video running with the ball is bad. Rule breaker. you're only allowed to move one foot. it is not basketball
