These French fries come very close to the ones we get in any fast-food chain. These finger chips are crisp as well as soft from the inside and taste too good. Try this recipe at your home as we all love French Fries. who doesn’t!!

Potato Large - 2 kg
Salt - 1tbsp
Oil - for Frying
Spice Mix:
Salt - 1 tsp
Mint powder - 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp

cut fries and put in fridge wake up in morning and boil them and put it fridge again and goto sleep. Wake up after 4 hours fry them. now you got 8 hour sleep and French fries.

1.Cut the potatoes
2.wash it with normal water
3. Boil for 4-5 min
4. Take cotton cloth and dry potato fingers
5. Fry it
Ready for it 😌
