Yes! You're right, it's from the 8 note scale made by Whole - Half step, and there are 4 exact same voicings at a minor third distance. In this case with bass on E, it's simply creating a E7(#9)
Ok can you please say what this +Q or +4Q things means, i would say i understand musictheory, but never heard or saw a Q, and it doesnt look like Quints and Quarts
Hey there, the Q means quartal harmony, and i actually took the idea of writing them like that from Rick Beato because there is no way in traditional harmony to properly write them. A +4Q would mean a quartal chord but starting with Augmented Fourth, so the quartal formed over Lydian Mode.
