Hi Samson, sorry for the late reply. That's a great question, here's a blog article I wrote that will answer the question :) www.axisagile.com.au/blog/business-analysis/how-does-the-business-analyst-ba-role-change-on-an-agile-project/
Thank you for the nice videos. Please if you can begin a video with new items for viewers to learn how you got them there it will be nice. It looks like you have preloaded up backlog items and just using them. I want to learn how to create epics user story tasks etc... thank you alot
Thanks Valentine, have you see our video on the Product Backlog? That might help: ua-cam.com/video/hUhSpY1W6nk/v-deo.html You can also checkout our other video on importing the Sample Data that I use if you want to play around with it: ua-cam.com/video/CuzPpAxmSt4/v-deo.html
Thank you for the wonderful video. I have a question here does PO estimates the Product backlog item? If he/she does who are the players with whom they do the estimation?
Hi @mvsprasanna2656, firstly a big thank you, we put a lot of effort into our videos and really appreciate your positive feedback. When in comes to estimating the Product Backlog Items, we want this to be done by the Developers (or who I prefer to call the Delivery Team). The PO helps by clarifying questions, but a common saying in Scrum is “we want the people who are doing the work to tell us how long it will take”. To perform the estimation we suggest using Planning Poker. For more information on that technique you can check out this link: www.axisagile.com.au/blog/estimation/planning-poker-at-pace/ Hope it helps!
