If a woman continually attack you and accuse you of stuff that's not true and at the same time do not listen to a word you say I fully understand why he would keep quiet. Maybe that was his situation.
Yup! Vetting is essential and if the person is someone who would affect you and your future family negatively, it's always better to be Celibate than sorry!
Hi Mr. Smith. Another great video. Thank you. This is just an idea I had now after watching this and talking to a really nihilistic kid the other day, but listen. I wish there was a global association of (male?) psychologists/therapists, who ascribed to the same ideas, with the same level of relevant competence/standards as you. Some place on the internet to look up people like you. Some place for guys to get what they need, but I don't think there is such a club of extraordinary gentlemen. Maybe a thing for the future. Who knows. So a second idea popped into my head as I reflect on different psychologists I've had. My experience range from around 4-5. From just one session to a bi-weekly that lasted for one and half year, and anything in between. I met the typical feminists psychologist, who were blunt about their opinions of masculinity. I've met one psychologists who had really good intentions, and while she contributed in some areas, lacked a general level of competence. One was basically a charlatan and pretended to be neutral, as in she had no competent background, but shrugged why it matters under the rug in a weird way. Not to mention quite opinionated, you get what you pay for I guess. One was really good at certain categories of counselling, but not good on issues like this. Then I remember a thing you once said in another video: That you should try to ask a psychologist open questions about the issues men face and (traditional) masculinity. I think that's an excellent idea, because that remove the most harmful psychologists. That came very handy one time for me when the situation was at the precipice. Thank you for that. I wish you could broaden that advice a bit more. How do guys not only avoid the bad ones, but how do guys find good psychologists/therapists for them. Such as being able to talk about the issue you talked about in the video. Anecdotally, most psychologists I've met are women. They bring a valuable perspective and have good caring values, but their expertise on what it's like to be a man or things like discipline tend to be lacking. That's understandable, but I guess I wish for younger guys not have to waste so much time and money on psychologists that can't see what they're struggling with. I think it robs young people of hope when they pour a lot of money, but also time into this. Maybe that's a dumb idea, but I just wish the next generation of men cut through all the weeds, get the tools they need to fix the heart of their issue. In my experience, what you bring to the table is quite rare. What do you think? Anyway, thanks for the video. Have a good one.

Just thought of you yesterday Shawn, looked you up and saw you hadn’t uploaded in a year and then you upload today. Synchronicity is wild.

I would love to see something like a directory of male-friendly shrinks. I've thought about building it. The logistics are daunting.
Awesome talk, Doc. It’s been too long.
Post more!

Like that Peter the Great story. Heard today that ”Putin le Petit” is not an fan of Peter. No wonder
Hahaha. Shawn is very, very reluctant to anger the feminists. Looks like he’s walking on eggshells around the 40 minute mark.
He is not , watch his videos about feminism and psychology
Big boss answering the most cringe questions
