Have you flashed/tuned? If so, what option did you end up going with? If not, have you noticed any changes to it's responsiveness (or too many "pops")? Mine will be arriving this week and everyone's advise on forums is about 50/50 on if a flash is really that needed.
I have not flushed it yet. Going to do it with the Vcyclenut for sure!!! I’m hoping it will be sweet!!!!! I don’t think it’s truly need it but it definitely does make it a lot better. Even with the exhaust not flashed it rides amazing! Thank you for watching the channel. Ride safe.

Hey yama I want to do an exhaust on my 21 09 but I’m worried about the sound being way too loud (I have a Leo Vince on my ninja) do you need plugs for this exhaust?
I just got a 2021 mt09 last Tuesday the color is matte raven black. Thinking on getting that exhaust like you have on mine.. is it better without the baffle in it ?or is it too loud when you don't have the baffle in It?

Well, Yamaha claims it’s a whole new bike from the previous version. I did testing on the 2020 MT09 in February of 2021, so it was very noticeable between the two. But, I did enjoy the previous gen as well. But I’m happy I waited for the 2021 with the upgraded engine, suspension, and electronic upgrades.
@@user-ix6fm5qw6k From what I read Yamaha anticipated many people to install full exhaust’s within weeks of receiving their new bike. And they adjusted lots of the original existing ECU schematics to adjust when the install is completed. So don’t be afraid it definitely ran a lot better and torquey . When I upgraded my R1 with a full exhaust system it definitely ran pretty lean and I had to flash it immediately. But on this MT09 was not the same feeling. It felt a lot snappier and more open when throttled aggressively.

I have not done the tune yet. But u do not have too. But it’s suggested. No. Same gas mileage for the most part.

No way. Very good sound and low noise. You will love it. I can hear my music with no problem.

It’s perfect without it. I can hear music in my Cardo perfectly and still sound like a boss and get the attention of other drivers.

No flash yet. But it gained about 5 more horsepower and 2-3 pounds of torque.

did you feel any diffrence when riding with the akra cus i guees you donw have mapped the ecu ?
It added at least 8 hp and about 5lbs of torque. Not much but definitely noticeable.
