@@mr_sowong9464 Yeah, FZ-07's are very loud with a full exhaust system. Probably way too loud, but that's my opinion.
@@Totone56 well you can always get a quieter exhaust or just get a slip on, but saying that thing is quiet is like saying an r1 is slow
Maybe this would be the best sound video of an MT-07 on the whole platform. Straight to the point (idle, revs, distance progression), beautiful bike and really nice audio! Congrats buddy 👊

I have an FZ10, everyone always talks about how it sounds really good. But this also sounds fantastic. The whole FZ line has a unique sound signature throughout.

Ive heard it only once and i was inside the building. The glass vibrates like crazy. That cp2 engine is really loud in reality than the video. Ive fallen in love with those mustang like engine sound. Im over with triple amd inline 4 engine sounds but dont get me wrong, i still love them. But hearing this twin cylinder engine has a unique sound for me.
yamaha just knows how to make every engine sound better man i swear. Between this odd firing parallel twin, their VMAX, and the crossplane r1...i just love em all so much more than the traditional counterparts

I think you single handedly convinced me to get an MT07 as my next bike. This thing sounds so clean all the way through. Would be a nice partner for my Indian FTR1200.

I've had this on my favorites for like 6 months and I only just got my MT-07 a few days ago. I NEED my bike to sound like this.

James Excell I have! Here are my thoughts as I was torn between upgrading or not.
Mt07: perfect for the city, back roads, under 130-150kph. Enough power that you can push it hard in the city and never get bored of it. Where it lacks is the highway. If you’re doing longer highway rides the mt07 doesn’t feel like it has “enough” power.
Mt09: perfect for all out speed, highway riding as it can get up to speed way faster than the 07. For the city and smaller roads you can ride and push the 07 harder as the 09 has so much power it’s not fun in a tight city.
Personally I’m leaning towards keeping the 07 and picked up a supersport along side it.

My neighbor has slashed exhausts on his Subaru WRX and I fucking love listening to that thing every day actually.
I love the sound of engines and I love people who take good care of their vehicles and demand more out of their cars and bikes.
I'm just so tired of the commuter mentality, and I wish people looked at their cars today the same way they did when need for speed first came out.

Sounds good. How much does the flash ecu and exhaust cost? I’m going to get one next year
exhaust is around 1400 Canadian. Power commander is around 500 Canadian. You can get an ecu flash cheaper tho if you send in your ECU
After getting the power commander do you need to then pay someone to tune the bike, or is it self learning?
Grainsauce with the power commander you instal pre made maps onto it so you don’t need anyone to tune it. You can also get something called auto tune which will tune it for you if you want.

Why does the wheels spin while it's in neutral? Can anyone educate me
Binali It’s because of the oil. The oil was pretty cold and thick so it spun the wheel when reving because it’s a wet clutch

Why would the thick oil cause the rear wheel to spin with the gearbox in neutral, is it not just vibration moving the wheel? The way I understand is that your bike is in neutral and the clutch is already released and putting pressure on the friction discs, spinning the same speed as the crankshaft. Someone try to explain their reasoning to me. That’s why when you rev it on the stand, the vibration rotates the wheel.
DoubleRRHonda the clutch is engaged, the bike is in neutral but, the oil is cold so it’s really thick. The clutch spins with the engine, which causes the oil to move within the case, the oil then turns the output gear which spins the chain and wheel.
