That is so great! Pls stay in touch!
Alright coming from a guy who has been doing music for 15 plus years now this is a honest take and feedback. I myself used landr over emastered when online mastering first started. Landr does have a transparent master sound and no it does not color your tracks so what I used to do is I would add a SSL comp on the master bus track with the needle barely moving if moving at all and turn on the analog button just so it would color the track a bit then export the wave and put it in landr. I did not use the open setting when mastering in landr because it sums the lower end frequencies of the track to mono which also makes it tighter and narrow. I mix good and I like my bass to remain big due to it being hip hop/rap and rnb so I usually use the balanced setting or if it fits the warm. Waves master sounds good and was also louder. As you said it was about half a decibel. In mastering a half a decibel makes a huge difference. The tone, depth, and color was great. It had an analog sound which is what I prefer. I like the sound but the format of how you pay for their service I’m not sure about with waves. I feel like it could be better.
The difference is not that drastic I love both ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Awesome comparison. I utilize Landr at times but I can see that Waves is doing their thing. Like you stated, it really depends on the genre and what you are going for in terms of timbre. Landr been my jam for about 11 months now, but I may have to try Waves out on a few tracks, to see what they are working with. Thanks for the video as always!
Those monitors is fresh
Both are Awesome But I Prefer The Waves Version. Everything Is Provided With The Right Amount Of The Ingredients.
I definitely prefer the open and brightness of Landr.
Top video mate 👊✌️
The LANDR subscription descriptions are VERY misleading. You get unlimited mastering to MP3, but are limited to only 3 WAV per month. I would not call that UNLIMITED.
I have CloudBounce for life, and Waves beat it on their default settings. But I could get CB to a very close match by tweaking its settings leaving it difficult to decide which is better. But then again I have Ozone 10 Advance, which I prefer to use anyway.
So wait there’s no app for iPhone for the wave?
It’s just hard for me not to hear the muddy noise waves add and it’s like landr doesn’t add enough color so it kind of still sounds like the mix
I feel like waves does it better based on colourisation/timbre, although I’m not sure it would work on all songs…
Landr has its positives too, but it did sound a bit on the muddier side to me personally
Any tools to make Suno Ai to sound better ? 🤓
I haven’t tried waves but I prefer SoundCloud Mastering Lately for my past couple of mixes this year
didn't know they offered mastering
@@TheAudioCzar yeah all my songs as of 2022 to now I have used SoundCloud mastering services it use Dolby Audio Mastering and the thunder and bright mastering setting are amazing and then I tried DistroKid mastering before it was okay. I will try waves next but right now SoundCloud is the best for me
Bro, WAVES is the clear winner here. both in loudness, tonality. best one
I have a Landr subscription. Waves sounds quite a bit more pro on your tune.
I prefer the waves version has more character more dump.
kick and low end sound better on waves
Love it:) Let's connect?
Wow! Let's be friends?
