Today my mother Alicia matallana polished, 72 years old, Colombian, arrived at Panama Tocumen airport at 2 am, she has a layover, why is she going to Istanbul, Turkey, she went to a hotel to rest, she has her next flight at 8:30 pm and I arrive at the airport at 3:40 p.m.
They have her held at gate 11 from that time until now.
She tired sick.
She asked for many papers which she has already been sent
And one of the people who attends does not want to listen to her or let her pass and she is going to miss her flight that she has at 8:25 pm
I ask you please help my mom.
She is in the hands of a person totally unaware of her health.
I ask the airport authorities to help her, she hasn't eaten or drank water because she's standing in line after line.

Ja genau so ist dass
Seit wann kriegt man in der normalen Economy Decke ect .? Ich bin letztes Jahr auch mit eurowings geflogen und haben nix bekommen
liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass es ein Vollcharter von FTI war, somit kein "regulärer" EW Flug
Even though Eurowings is a budget airline, it is really nice to see them still provide services just like on full services carriers.
Sadly only on charter flights like this. You would have to book it within your fare on a regular booking, then you still can have food and drinks on your flight
that´s true...
Vinavia true but it’s very mediocre. I’ve flown it on a 11h flight from Munich to Bangkok and back on an LH ticket. Quite dissapointing considering that we payed the full Lufthansa fare and we were supposed to fly a Lufthansa A350.

Some(or Most) long haul flight from eurowings can also be booked from Lufthansa......that's why you get a good service (price from eurowings isn't so cheap either on long-haul flights)
That´s true but this flight was a full-charter flight, so you was not able to book this flight directly at EW or at LH!
@@AeroTravelAviation nice but i believe the service remains the same on long haul flights.......well i'll be flying eurowings in 2 weeks but the flight could also be booked with lufthansa.....gonna see how it goes. Btw nice video

I flew a lot to Santa Clara, and every time we have a hard landing, is due to the runway conditions, for me it's a normal thing to land like that HAHA
