1) I wish there were a way to watch a video without the promos covering parts of the screen in the closing 20 seconds.😠 2) How much longer can Redpath stay in that location? The pressure to unlock a colossal amount of money by moving to cheaper land must be enormous. A multi-billion-dollar development could be sited there.

I've never seen a ship at Redpath that was docked with its starboard side against the pier. But very interesting, for sure.
