On my android phone, when I get to "open supported links", there is no drop down menu, so no "other app".

New Android and nothing works like this description. Wonder if Google ever understand that making their app to work is not our full time job
Doesn't work. I have no way to select other supported links in the app settings 😢. It is locked and doesn't allow you to select anything but the default app music player.
Turn off default. It automatically changes to other supported links

Hey please help in my phone it is not showing the option of set as default it is only showing Clear Defaults (No Default Yet) in downwards of the option and whenever I am taping there it is answering (no defaults set). It did work for me for a while but now the notification just automatically disappears almost instantly when the video pauses when i leave chrome, so i dont have time to press play anymore and it doesnt work.

I had the same issue. Nothing showed up in my notifications but I found a way to fix it. I went into my settings for Chrome, and I found the notifications were turned off for that app so I turned it back on and there it was! Now I can play music again!

Bro i have a solution go to that three dot and go to settings then go to notification then turn it on
Try this :
Step 1. Go to chrome.
Step 2. Choose anything (story,music or podcast).
Step 3. Put it on full screen
Step 4. And exit from the app.
You will able to listen to it but a mini screen will be visible on the bottom .

well it works but not entirely. when I close it's the song only plays up to where the video loads. like the white line on the time thing(sorry I don't know the words 😭). then when the song plays up to that point it just stops and I have to open chrome for it to load the rest of the song. what should I do?
