Yeah, idk what playoffs you watched, man; but I literally cried after that game because I was so confused and angry at what had happened. Didn't watch another game until the superbowl.
Dallas benefited from lions heartbreak, packers benefited from Dallas heartbreak, seahawks benefited from packers heartbreak, pats benefited from seahawks heartbreak
+Gavin Poperechny lol, yeah. I'm a Colts fan, so you know that 45-7 left a bitter taste in my mouth. But I'm not gonna whine about cheating, because whether or not they did made no difference in that game.
Cowboys Vs Lions Lions get a flag picked up that could've helped them Cowboys advance to Lambeau Cowboys Vs Packers Cowboys lose heartbreaker off play called back Packers advance to Seattle Packers Vs Seahawks Packers lose heartbreaker last 5 minutes of the game Seahawks advanced to Super Bowl Seahawks vs Patriots Seattle losses off of last second interception It's safe to say a chain reaction started here in the NFC that season.....
I think that loss, among the many, probably led Calvin Johnson to retirement mentally. It's hard to fight through that much adversity in your career as a team, that much pain as a player and then still find yourself on the losing end in unfortunate fashion. Following that game, all I could think of was Cris Carter quote following the 15-1 season of "I felt I would never win again, after that game" regarding the NFC championship loss.
I think it's interesting that all 4 teams didn't meet the lofty expectations set for them for the 2015 season. Detroit: was expected to go to the playoffs again and possibly win the NFC North; went 7-9 lost OC, GM and President, and Megatron retired Dallas: was expected to win NFC East again; went 4-12 due to Romo and Bryant going down GB: was supposed to be a SB contender; went 10-6, 2nd in NFC North, and lost Nelson to torn ACL Seattle: another SB contender; had a bad start to the season, 2nd in NFC West, and Beast Mode retired
Absolutely. I think that played well into how the NFC developed that following season and explained a big part of why Carolina succeeded. Green Bay's offense was very clearly never right and the league started to actually appreciate Nelsons efforts as a player who Rodgers trusted. Eddie Lacy also with injuries that appear to have completely derailed his career. the Seahawks had great offensive moments but were never really right with Beast Modes injuries, and I think Rawls injury hurt him and his career worse because they were really starting to turn the team over to him. Dallas was just out of it from the get go, even if they would've regressed to the mean the following year no team can survive those injuries to players so crucial in that way to their success alongside the loss of identity with Murray's departure. Detroit I think has grown because of the 2015 seasons failures with Stafford having developed into a much more clutch QB, and the team still has a chance after resetting itself financially to develop itself into a more consistent contender. But still, that loss probably hurt the most, far more then the Saints loss prior or the Seahawks after (in which people didnt feel they were expected to go anywhere) because of the perception of the public following Megatrons departure of the franchise.
The collapse in that conference title game is the most heartbreaking loss I’ve ever experienced as a Packers fan. I still get PTSD from that game. I’m glad Seattle lost the Super Bowl in the fashion that they did. Only time I ever rooted for the Patriots.
I agree with u while they may not have as many fans the redskins or the eagles or even the pats should be called Americas team since they reside in the north east, which is where the first colonies of the United States were created making them truly american, defiantly not texas
It's happening again in 2019. Eagles beat the Bears on a blocked kick/ missed kick Saints beat the Eagles on a Jeffery drop that turned into a game-winning pick. Rams beat the Saints on a miss call.
Does anyone else see this happening in the 2018 playoffs? Bears double doink against the Eagles... Alshon drop against the Saints... Saints get robbed against the Rams... you know what to do in the Super Bowl, Rams
No postseason team could fully dominate each other. Dallas beat Seattle but fell to Green Bay. Green Bay fell to Seattle and Seattle would fall to New England. Finally, New England lost to Green Bay in the regular season.
Cowboys beat lions because of a controversial non P.I. Call, cowboys lose to packers after a controversial non catch. Packers find way to give up a 16 point lead with 5 minutes remaining to the Seahawks. Seahawks lose Super Bowl because they pass instead of run. A very interesting pattern in the NFC playoffs that year I never noticed
The thing is in the dal v gb game is that tony romo had cole Beasley wide open over the middle for 5 yards on a 4th and 2. You can look at it I promise
threw it on the one-yard line.. Just... *sigh* JUst could have handed it off to the best Rb in the league but noooo Jesus christ (If you couldn't tell I'm a Hawks fan)
Lions: Overturned Cowboys: Dez Bryant couldn't even hang on properly Packers: Blame Brandon Bostic they lost Seahawks: MARSHAWN LYNCH WAS WIDE OPEN AND ITS ALL RUSSELL WILSON'S FAULT THEY LOST
That SB playcall is why Seattle OC Darrell Bevell was not given a HC position. Russell could have done a Run-Pass option using Marshawn Lynch as opposed to a playfake to the team's 4TH BEST WR. Smh 1.5 years later.
2014 playoffs where honestly the greatest playoff games ever. The cowboys vs the lions in the wild card round. Then we had two great games between the ravens and the patriots as well as the packers and Seahawks. In the nfc championship game the Seahawks pulled of a great comeback and moved on. Than we saw the Seahawks and patriots Super Bowl. 5 out of 11 games are well known classics. While the other six games we saw the ravens and Steelers battle for supremacy. The panthers kept it close with the Seahawks only to blow it last second. A stunning upset with the Broncos getting eliminated by the colts. The only truly bad games from start to finish was the colts and bengals, along with the patriots and colts, and last and least the cardinals and panthers
sb49 game winning int. I remember watching the game with my friend, of course I was wearing my Demaryius Thomas jersey I'm a Broncos fan. but then he started crying when Butler picked off Wilson. he cried even harder when Brady kneeled to end it
qb sneak, bootleg, designed qb run or just give it beast mode. anything but that slant. i know it worked in the season but that's why you don't do it. they expected it and they were right.
Derek Hype even if the Seahawks would've won the super bowl and got that touchdown. Still, why would a slant be chosen over a 1 yard run with the best running back in the NFL at the time.
I cried so much in the 2014 super bowl but last night highline pirates my football team went to the playoffs for the first time in 20 or so years and we were leading by so much just to lose in the 2nd week of playoffs 14-50
Can everyone shut up that was a few years ago no point in trying to manipulate the rule book for dez bryants catch THE GAME IS OVER YOU CANT CHANGE WHO WON!!
+Andrew Otto I mean it wasn't the refs/ cowboys fault that the lion's blew a huge lead I mean it's their fault to even be relying on a call while the cowboys in the other hand had a ridiculously close game but in my personal opinion he did catch it, why you ask? He had the ball in his hand and landed and yes people can argue he dropped it but let's me real that would have been a catch in the first what? 50 years of the NFL.
Cody Parkey misses close fieldgoal to beat Eagles Eagles advance to New Orleans Alshon Jeffery drops easy catch and gets picked Saints host Rams Refs blow blatantly obvious PI against the Rams to help the Rams move on to the Super Bowl If this continues Rams will be victims of a heartbreaking loss in the last moments of the Superbowl against the Patriots
2014 had the most entertaining playoff games, especially the NFC
DiggyDawg not if you're a fan of any of those teams
Yeah, idk what playoffs you watched, man; but I literally cried after that game because I was so confused and angry at what had happened. Didn't watch another game until the superbowl.
shut up
DiggyDawg pats the ultimate winner
A bunch of screw jobs
2018 NFL Playoff Heartbreaks
NFC Wild Card: Cody Parkey Double Doink
NFC Divisional: Alshon Jeffrey missed catch followed by Marshan Lattimore INT
NFC Championship: Pass Interference Missed Call
SBLIII: 13-3
I swear the pats are huge benefactors in these!
Juju fumble
Dee Ford deciding to line up in the neutral zone
Matthew Climaco the ravens near comeback against the chargers and the chiefs losing in OT in the AFC championship game
Matthew Climaco I’m super late but super bowl 53 was the stephon Gilmore’s interception late in the fourth quarter
“Losing a playoff game you should’ve won”
You mean like 28-3
We will never forget that 🤪🤣🤣
Pain 💔😔
Corvette Corvette
The patriots cheated. Not surprising
hearing pete carrolls "oh no !" is so sad lol & i don't even like the seahawks
Paul Madison same
Paul Madison I'm a pats fan and I feel so bad for him
Paul Madison it's great
Paul Madison don't worry you're not alone
Same
Wow, I totally forgot all these happened in the same year. Amazing playoffs.
2:15 Romo always could tell the future 🤣
Lmao
Dallas benefited from lions heartbreak, packers benefited from Dallas heartbreak, seahawks benefited from packers heartbreak, pats benefited from seahawks heartbreak
and that Pats didn't suffer any heartbreak. they almost did, but they didn't.
+TheRenegadeChampion Cheaters hearts don't break
+Gavin Poperechny just so you know, I don't like the Pats. I'm just calling it like I see it
+TheRenegadeChampion I know, I wasn't expecting you to like the Pats.
+Gavin Poperechny lol, yeah. I'm a Colts fan, so you know that 45-7 left a bitter taste in my mouth. But I'm not gonna whine about cheating, because whether or not they did made no difference in that game.
So basically the Lions cursed the entire NFC lmao
No the refs did
Your pouring salt into the wound
And ironically, the rule that eliminated the Cowboys was the Calvin Johnson rule
This is a really well put together video.
Cowboys Vs Lions
Lions get a flag picked up that could've helped them
Cowboys advance to Lambeau
Cowboys Vs Packers
Cowboys lose heartbreaker off play called back
Packers advance to Seattle
Packers Vs Seahawks
Packers lose heartbreaker last 5 minutes of the game
Seahawks advanced to Super Bowl
Seahawks vs Patriots
Seattle losses off of last second interception
It's safe to say a chain reaction started here in the NFC that season.....

We.....watched......the video.....???? But thanks for the recap....????
the entire 2014 playoffs with the nfc was like a #karmatrain 😁😂
Yea
For the nfc
GO PACK GO this year Playoffs suck ass
+Tyron Wells We Would Have Had That "W" against the Cardinals but the Ref called for a reflip
Max Saucedo Miss a holding call too.
Oh man I still remember watching that year’s playoffs. Great memories!
This might have been the greatest NFL season I have ever witnessed.
2011: Oh Hello there
2022
3:26 that has to be the most saddest thing I've ever heard. I'm not even a Seahawks fan, but that made me sad.

Beast mode retired this didn’t age well
The lions-cowboys game and the cowboys-packers game were both prime examples of the nfl's officiating 😎
The collapse in that conference title game is the most heartbreaking loss I’ve ever experienced as a Packers fan. I still get PTSD from that game.
I’m glad Seattle lost the Super Bowl in the fashion that they did. Only time I ever rooted for the Patriots.
Yep the defense decided to go bye bye we were so close to a tb12 vs arod12
I remember watching the 2014 NFC Championship. This is probably my favorite game. This was the game that got me into football.
It pisses me off when people call the cowboys "America's Team". because they sure as hell are not mine. anyone agree?
Are you stupid
are you all of america? the cowboys have the most fans in america, its been proven time and time again
same ya
you're an idiot.
I agree with u while they may not have as many fans the redskins or the eagles or even the pats should be called Americas team since they reside in the north east, which is where the first colonies of the United States were created making them truly american, defiantly not texas
From a Packers fan, Dez caught it.
Stop Motion is the Best of Motions thank you!!!
And that was a pass interference made against Detroit . Karma's a bitch.
Noname lol I ain't denying that that was a pass interference call it was, we just got lucky
They have explained many times why it wasn't a catch
Noname
We gave the ball back to Stafford 3 more times he didn't do anything with it so stfu
do your research
"Lions can't get to the NFC championship in the new decade"-ref who picked up flag
I like to watch this at the start of every new season
So much heartbreak in these playoffsz
Cam was never shown on field, NFL just baited you all cause Cam makes you click on the video regardless if you're a fan or a hater... lol.
0:27
HATERS GONNA HATE.
I would't click on that video because cam... but u can see I did i don't know why
ASAP Rasta all I wanted is to see cam cry again
ASAP Rasta lol
It's happening again in 2019.
Eagles beat the Bears on a blocked kick/ missed kick
Saints beat the Eagles on a Jeffery drop that turned into a game-winning pick.
Rams beat the Saints on a miss call.
Then one of the best offenses only scored 3 points in the Super Bowl
Yeah and in the afc championship Dee Ford was just a little bit passed the line of scrimmage
2014 was one of the best nfl seasons ever
Great video. Great recap.
the last minute makes me cry😭
No mention of the Cardinals? The way the wildcard game ended up (4th string QB, 3rd string RB?) was a total heartbreak. Not even a mention. :(
that was bound to happen though, given their injuries. the heartbreaks mentioned were within the games played
2014 was my favorite season in the last 5 years
I cried only for a bit after our first super bowl lost but after this one I was legit depressed
Does anyone else see this happening in the 2018 playoffs? Bears double doink against the Eagles... Alshon drop against the Saints... Saints get robbed against the Rams... you know what to do in the Super Bowl, Rams
and then rams lose, but it wasn't really in a heart break fashion tho
Rithvik Gujjula one of the best offenses in the NFL scores 3 points. That’s heartbreak.
@@joshengel5922 i wouldn't ay heartbreak. more like an embarrassment. i'm a patriots fan and i laugh at these fools lmfao
Damn every Time I must see the seahawksplay I must cry
Why does it make me sad just looking at these guy's faces 😭😭😭😭
why is cam newton in the thumbnail
they lost to the seahawks in the playoffs that year
+BoxingBrooklyn No they didn't.
+Nebiat Tecle Yes, they did. NFC Divisional Round.
+xTormentor- 15 yeah but why would they put him in the thumbnail if he's not in the video?
Jackson N Probably because the NFL wants him to be the face. Or because of this year's fuck up.
No postseason team could fully dominate each other. Dallas beat Seattle but fell to Green Bay. Green Bay fell to Seattle and Seattle would fall to New England. Finally, New England lost to Green Bay in the regular season.
my heart sank on that Kam Channeller 104 yard pick 6 in the 2014 play offs.
this had to be one of the best playoffs from a nfc standpoint
Can't wait for the four heartbreaks of the 2022 NFL season. Bills Vs Patriots, Chiefs vs Bills, Bengals vs Chiefs and finally Rams vs Bengals.
Nothing like getting scarred by a heartbreaking loss that should've been.
Aka the Wildcard game
i like the seahawhs but when Pete said oh no I was dying that was so funny yo 😂😂😂
Still breaks my heart every time I watch that Butler's interception...
Malcom butlers pick still gives me chills as a Seahawks fan
I'm a seahawks fan and I litteraly almost threw the TV remote at the wall after Superbowl 49.
i grew a hemorrhoid from it.
Same
I like how everyone is ignoring how well this video is put together
Cowboys beat lions because of a controversial non P.I. Call, cowboys lose to packers after a controversial non catch. Packers find way to give up a 16 point lead with 5 minutes remaining to the Seahawks. Seahawks lose Super Bowl because they pass instead of run.
A very interesting pattern in the NFC playoffs that year I never noticed
It's more fun to win
I know. I'm a Bills fan.
But this was really well done 👍
The thing is in the dal v gb game is that tony romo had cole Beasley wide open over the middle for 5 yards on a 4th and 2. You can look at it I promise
threw it on the one-yard line..
Just... *sigh*
JUst could have handed it off to the best Rb in the league but noooo
Jesus christ
(If you couldn't tell I'm a Hawks fan)
I think that if the lions had beat the cowboys, they still lose in Green Bay, so nothing changes.
Zach Thompson the Lions would have went to Seattle and Green Bay would have hosted Carolina
Well the lions wouldn't have beaten the Seahawks and the panthers would have lost to the packers so the NFC championship matchup is the same
Lions haven’t won a playoff game since the 90s beating the Cowboys would’ve been cool
Lions could have beaten the Seahawks. Lions had the 3rd best defense in 2014
streetstricker it was first for a while that season
that packers choke job cost us a brady vs rodgers super bowl smh
Dez made the same catch as Zach ezrt in super bowl
OMFG IM CRYING! 😭😭😭😭😭😭 why did I have to be reminded of this 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Me too
+tenisto38 Mines Too Boss
+Tyron Wells Weren't you the guys who lost?
Nebiat Tecle Yes vs the CheatHawls
Ikr I was voting on Packers.
Lost in the Dez catch/no catch fiasco, was Tony Romo coming through in the clutch with a dime on 4th and 2. "That's my quarterback!"
Lions: Overturned
Cowboys: Dez Bryant couldn't even hang on properly
Packers: Blame Brandon Bostic they lost
Seahawks: MARSHAWN LYNCH WAS WIDE OPEN AND ITS ALL RUSSELL WILSON'S FAULT THEY LOST
It's not Wilsons fault
That SB playcall is why Seattle OC Darrell Bevell was not given a HC position. Russell could have done a Run-Pass option using Marshawn Lynch as opposed to a playfake to the team's 4TH BEST WR. Smh 1.5 years later.
Memories
One of the most epic seasons of playoff games and to end it like that in the Super Bowl was even better.
Oh that pick that the patriots had in the super bowl, that was AMAZING
Every day my hatred for Brandon Bostick grows greater
Who else cried 4 times
I remember watching the Packers vs Seahawks and being so happy
We should've ran the ball :( that game still haunts me to this day :((
Look at 2019 now... we’ll just have to see what happens in the SB
Patriots got revenge for ya. From a Pats fan i wish it had been a Brady vs Brees super bowl. What a game that would've been.
2014 playoffs where honestly the greatest playoff games ever. The cowboys vs the lions in the wild card round. I was sad when the panthers lose the super bowl. I used to be a panthers fan and I still am a panthers fan
Every time I see Wilson throw that ball another piece of me dies. Why
Probably one of the last few years the NFL was competitive. I miss it. The unpredictable times.
sb49 game winning int. I remember watching the game with my friend, of course I was wearing my Demaryius Thomas jersey I'm a Broncos fan. but then he started crying when Butler picked off Wilson. he cried even harder when Brady kneeled to end it
Crazy this was all five years ago. Seems like these games where yesterday but also so long ago
I’m a Hawks fan and I knew the heartbreak was coming and I still couldn’t take it 😭
Amazing season!
Great video
if Dez Bryant does did not maintain possession. then the juggling catch should not be ruled a catch!!!!!!!!!!
In the 2014 playoffs, the NFC was more like the NHC, National Heartbreak Conference.
qb sneak, bootleg, designed qb run or just give it beast mode. anything but that slant. i know it worked in the season but that's why you don't do it. they expected it and they were right.
Derek Hype even if the Seahawks would've won the super bowl and got that touchdown. Still, why would a slant be chosen over a 1 yard run with the best running back in the NFL at the time.
The lions were supposed to win the super bowl! 😭😂😂😂 that's why that crazy shit happened
that is because lions suck at keeping leads and then they get upset cus they blew a lead in the playoffs
BUT THAT WAS A FLAG
I am a cowboys fan
That team probably had the best chance, and that is what hurts the most.
@@mottdropsie they could of won their first playoff game in 23 years
I cried so much in the 2014 super bowl but last night highline pirates my football team went to the playoffs for the first time in 20 or so years and we were leading by so much just to lose in the 2nd week of playoffs 14-50

Can everyone shut up that was a few years ago no point in trying to manipulate the rule book for dez bryants catch THE GAME IS OVER YOU CANT CHANGE WHO WON!!
I agree
3:27 my reaction when I cheat on a test and still failed😭😭😭
Super bowl
After seeing that penalty overturned, I'm happy Dallas lost that game
+Andrew Otto Not their fault... refs.
+PowerSurge Gaming I realize that but the fact that karma but them in the ass is what makes me happy lol
It's not karma if it was the refs call, karma would be if the ref got in a car wreck the next day lol.
+PowerSurge Gaming I was talking about team comparison lol not death on a ref
+Andrew Otto I mean it wasn't the refs/ cowboys fault that the lion's blew a huge lead I mean it's their fault to even be relying on a call while the cowboys in the other hand had a ridiculously close game but in my personal opinion he did catch it, why you ask? It does not matter who you are a fan of, you have to feel bad for Dez
with lynch in the backfield too :(((((( my heart sunk for the seahawks that day, hell of a game and a hell of a playoffs tho
Good bye Dez miss you forever
AFC playoffs were awesome and action packed with random winners. The NFC on the other hand WTF.
I wouldn't say random winners, we all knew that Manning was going to choke (like always) and that the Colts were going to get destroyed
*Broncos
Damn. The NFC Heartbreak.
packers were like "nobody ever messes with the nfc north!"
Bruh 2019 was the most craziest now
Pete Carroll saying “oh no” tugs at the heart strings
Cody Parkey misses close fieldgoal to beat Eagles
Eagles advance to New Orleans
Alshon Jeffery drops easy catch and gets picked
Saints host Rams
Refs blow blatantly obvious PI against the Rams to help the Rams move on to the Super Bowl
If this continues Rams will be victims of a heartbreaking loss in the last moments of the Superbowl against the Patriots
Yeah rams blow it and goff throws a pick
Y’all know the feeling you have after you get done crying? That’s how this vid makes me feel. Idk if it’s the music but this pisses me off to watch
i clicked this video cuz i love seeing cam with a sad face lmfao
pete carroll saying “oh no” is so sad to me and i’m a packers fan
Super bowl 49 gets me every time 😭😭😭
Whats the song at 2:29???? it sounds sick
I want to know too, sounds great
Imagine if aaron Rodgers would of faced of against tom brady
Yep
Anyone crying from Dez's non catch?

NFC is usually the most interesting. AFC pretty much always goes to the Pats.
