Yeah if you look at the light's reflection at the 13-14 minute mark you can really see how much you distorted/ruined the appearance of the film. Suntek looks amazing but you overstretched it and spot stretched too many times and compromised the look. Would not recommend this way unless you ONLY care about protection and not looks. I wouldn't even try it this way with Xpel let alone Suntek that has a much weaker adhesive and is prone to pulling back over time.
Not a good technique. If that mirror was black it would look like absolute shit. That mirror needs to be done in two pieces like it or not.
