I fucking love how this band has the official audio and comments enabled
They’re the best ☺️
no dont love that, hate the fuckers that remove comments, its a simple thing that should never be fucking removed because they know they will get shit on
Most are disabled cause they're auto generated videos by youtubes copyright system
@@MudkipPog UA-cam's logic is fucking bonkers. Why is it a bad thing to comment on auto generated videos??

It's great to see Daron taking lead vocals every now and then. Serj's harmonies really give some weight to Daron's melody

You should've never gone to Hollywood

Say you're the best they've ever seen
You should've never trusted Hollywood

They look at you in disgusting ways

After working there in the music/beauty industry and leaving SoCal, it hits hard.
Some day, maybe soon, that temple to human suffering will be punished for their crimes. No man can build a tower high enough to reach god.
@@Moe_Posting_Chad If more people worshipped suffering we wouldn't have a Hollywood. It's the demons who seethe when they feel discomfort or suffer in the slightest that are a danger to society. They will do whatever it takes to remain and improve their comfort. Your family, your future, our future, nothing will be spared at the expense of their inability to suffer. Given the way our brains works, no man can suffer more than another. However, through normalization, the severity of circumstances required for us to feel discomfort or suffering is dependent entirely on our baseline. This is why millionaires kill themselves and money doesn't buy happiness. Our elite class has established their baseline and the next step is more. This doesn't extend only to elite class but is a very popular ignorance in American culture, IMO contributing a LOT to our mental health crisis. Cant be mad about a thing though our entire existence is predefined front to back.

System of a Down were the band the World needed, they weren't the best or mainstream, but their music raised conciousness.
They were pretty mainstream all while making the best music at the time
By the second album they were very mainstream
@@ledzep244 Yeah, literally everybody knows Toxicity and Chop Suey

This is always my after school song, and this is the proof that you dont need to be a heavy metal fan to love system of a down. All of their songs are a piece of art and masterpiece absolutely love their music to beginning to end.
Dude I can relate, but I use to sit in my class and listen to them, because of all the bullying. It helped just drowning out the asshole students and shitty teachers. When this song came on It was a relief to know class was almost over with.
i was never bullied because of listening metal music but i feel sorry for u :(
Powerful words man hope you’re doing okay 💛
Back in 2009 being 13yo I used to listen SOAD a lot. Some people at school laughed about what type of shit I'm listening to. I'm still friends with them, we often take eachother for a joyride so passengers can have a few beers. Few months ago this song randomly came up on my YT Music as we took a ride. One of the guys who was laughing about it back in the day said "damn, been looking for that song for years but I was ashamed to ask you after all these jokes" 😂

One of the most meaningful songs about the current world. Loved this before. Love this more now. What a time to re release it.
I listen to System of a down everyday and I still get excited when they release old songs! I also love the new songs especially 'Genocidal Humadoidz'! It sounds exactly like Mezmerize / Hypnotize era! You guys still got it!! It sounds like It's from the album that could have come after. It pains me to think of all the awesome music you could have made int he last 15 years but at the same time it's not my place to say. It's their thing and in some ways it makes their albums so much more special.
The only band i know that i can listen to every album the whole way through and still surprise myself when i sing along and know all the lyrics to every song.
