Buddhism completely changed my mental health. I am a Tibetan Buddhist practitioner but my reactions and experiences are like I am a new person. I have been discharged from my mental health service. I feel free
can you guys do a video talking about how long it took s to make significant progress via DBT? what did that journey look/feel like? and did you guys struggle at all grasping let alone applying any of the concepts? very curious about these detailed account of how each person's journey went.
its a jigsaw puzzle for me but am starting to see the picture better now and watching here has helped me so thanks guys, its not always so easy facing the truth, but the truth will set me free? thanks Xannie , Alex, Sophie, Raf and Mo 🥰
Came back to watch couple more of your vids, great insights could not help but notice Alex looks like she has tentacles of antenie abover her head haha 😂 😂
I have a degree in psychology and it’s definitely helped me to understand myself. It was actually during the Abnormal Psychology course (covering psychological disorders) that I realized I had BPD. Its funny to hear you guys are overly trusting. I’m the exact opposite. I don’t trust people. Because I can’t know their intentions I assume the worst because that way I won’t be taken advantage of. I may grow to trust people over time, if they show consistent trustworthiness through their behavior.
Any good ideas for getting someone to admit they might have BPD and getting treatment? Watching your videos is like hearing a replay of our daily issues with a family member 😮

Don’t mind me, just binging old videos on a hard day. I’m thankful for you all. Mo - I love your mentioning of buddhism. Thank you
I find prayer SO important.
As you grow older, bpd symptoms reduce. Life experience/s itself teaches you many things..

We talked a little about this on our last Instagram live - we’ll be uploading the video here soon!
