Holding the presidency is poor wording for Orban's true job. He manages the Chair of the European Counsil of EU's prime ministers which means managing the agenda and leading the meetings. He is not a president of anybody. Not even in Hungary because Tamás Sulyok is the president with Orcban being the prime minister. I don't know if it is to Poland's credit or Hungary's discredit, but I can honestly say that Poland has lost its place on the top of the list of most fascist nations in the EU - pushed off by Orban, into second place.
