VIDEO to support Computer Science Syllabus
Cambridge IGCSE™ (9-1 0984) (A*-C 0478)
For exams in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
In this video you will learn about:
★ HARDWARE (4b) - INPUT DEVICES, Touch Screens, Mice, Keyboards and Microphones
Cambridge IGCSE Computer Science helps learners develop an interest in computational thinking and an understanding of the principles of problem-solving using computers. They apply this understanding to create computer-based solutions to problems using algorithms and a high-level programming language. Learners also develop a range of technical skills, and the ability to effectively test and evaluate computing solutions.
Studying Cambridge IGCSE Computer Science helps learners appreciate current and emerging computing technologies, the benefits of their use and recognise their potential risks. It provides an ideal foundation for progression to Cambridge International AS & A Level and is valuable for other areas of study and everyday life.

@@TiredAsh-tc3zc yeah i got like a B lol
Hi.. Thanks for this ..Do you have powerpoint of these lessons?
Amazing explanation!, just wanted to point out a mistake in one of the slides
11:14 : The value in MDR is written incorrectly, it contains the address rather than the contents
And also in this slide the more should be 1001 0101 and there is written 10010001 😅
But still the best explanation 11:28

my computer science exam is literally tommorow and same the results are on 21st december
3.1-3.4 ,7.1, 7.2 and 8.1 are coming in my exams
I have one in 3 days and the whole syllabus is coming:(
Sir this is amazing
So nice of you
my saviour
Thank you so much ❤😊
cool i got good notes. i wish now I could get a A or A**
I am sure you will do well… I wish you the very best :-)
I do not understand the read and write process at all. I would love it if you could explain it in detail
Same here 😂😂 i somehow cant keep it in my brain but here is what i retained. Magnetic uses magnets to magnetize and demagnetize which represents 1 and 0 respectively. Optical uses lasers to burn pits and lands which are 0 and 1 respectively and Solid state uses NAND and another logic gate i cant remember 😂😂
Hey! could you give the 0478 Unit 3: Computer architecture and storage from pg online in a google drive?
Sir does all your videos contain the required information for the o level computer science exams? Or should i refer to books as when i checked the syllabus and your notes i noticed that everything was there so i just wanted to be sure. But other than that you've helped me a lot. Hopefully i get 100 in my assessment
Hi, yes...I believe I have covered everything for both IGCSE and O Level
@@mrbulmerslearningzone thanks a lot
If i could i would donate some money as a thank u gift but it isnt available in my region for some reason. Thanks a lot sir.... at school the teachers just go over it so briefly and make me copy the book and sometimes or should i say most of the times go out of syllabus...
Hello Mr Bulmer's : pls i want to ask question . in the memory ( read operation) : is the number in the MDR correct ????

Think you've made a mistake at 11:42. Shouldn't the MDR read 1001 0101 instead of 1001 0001?

Isn't cir also register
No, the term "CIR" commonly refers to the "Current Instruction Register," which is a register in the CPU that holds the currently fetched instruction. It plays a crucial role in the instruction execution process.
