Excellent presentation and something we as humans all need to keep our "eye" on. I was a generation (GenX) that DID go outside 2 or more hours a day. Just was dx with cataracts in my very early 50s. It would be great if we could find a way to stop or at least slow high myopia and the subsequent other dx (MD, RT or Glaucoma). THank you for your post. Very helpful.
