Thank you so much for making this video. I just discovered you guys this morning, seven years from when you started all your journeys, while you were living in Galicia, a place I have always wanted to settle, and who knows? I may be 73, but I'm not dead yet, so I'm holding that particular Plan B in abeyance until whatever happens in November. (I've lived in Japan, Taiwan, central Mexico, Texas, Oregon, and mostly California (fourth generation native) including a bunch of years on Mountain Drive in Santa Barbara.) I'm beginning to get antsy for a new adventure, so in the meantime, while I ride out this Covid time, I'll be watching both of you. Thanks for the journeys. Que les vayan bien!

Hey, I'm from Brazil. I love you channel (I think I've seen about 85% of your videos), and it made me get a job while I'm on college to have money to travel wherever I want.
I'll graduate in 2020, not everyone in my class want a prom, so my first big trip will be with them (we haven't decided if it will be to Europe, like 6 countries by train, or a safari in South Africa).

Eu sei que não conseguirei realiza-lo tão cedo, já que minha família mal tem dinheiro pra viajar pelo páis, já que eu estudo numa escola particular muita cara e isso consome grande parte do nosso dinheiro. Mas vou me esforçar bastante nos estudos, conseguir um intercâmbio, estudar inglês, enfim, e esse canal me inspira a cada dia a perseguir esse sonho.

Loved this! You guys inspired me to travel and study abroad in Dublin Ireland which I already did! And now I was thinking about moving to a different country and getting a temporary job to learn a new language and just explore!

You two are great, relaxed, comfortable....wish I had continued traveling when I was your age, I spent my junior college year abroad in Israel, and it all just kind of ended there....my husband and I married in 1983 like your parents, but our lives did not include much traveling, although I grew up traveling the world with MY parents.
My Dad worked for Lockheed and he was assigned several places. As a child, I lived in Germany and Greece, going to public schools in both countries...this was back in the '60's-70's. My sister was born in Augsburg, Germany, my brother in Athens, Greece. Too many responsibilities now....and not enough money, so I watch YOUR videos to go places I will never get to ! THANK YOU. You guys are great !

I stumbled across you guys while researching my solo trip to the UK and am so glad I did! Not only have I gotten valuable information on things I don't want to miss but you have inspired me to broaden my horizons! I am backbacking across the UK for 2 months solo to celebrate my 50th birthday and now, rather than looking at this as the trip of a lifetime, I am looking at it as one in many I intend to take. I wish I would have thought of this when I was a younger person but, now that my kids are grown, there is nothing stopping me from starting now!

That anxiety & self doubt can creep in real quick....I've had it happen too many times and has kept me from pushing through to take the risk anyway! Luckily...at least for me, I'm at an age where confidence and desire overrule that rotten lil voice in my head! 😊

So I am starting a new channel in hopes of getting some video making experience before I vlog abroad this summer in Poland and other parts of Europe. I looked up travel vlog on youtube and you guys came up! since then I've watched lots of these videos tryna find inspiration for how I can help start up my channel. I am trying to see which nitche suits me best and then I'll probably take off in that direction. But i LOVE traveling as well and the growth that happens when you do. Yes! Great idea! One of my "traditions" when I visit another country is grabbing a small sticker of their flag and putting it on my laptop. A Vagabuddy sticker would look awesome next to all the flags.

Hey guys! With every new video of yours I learn new things. Not just about different countries and cultures, but also about what life can be. It's not all about the money, getting 9 to 5 jobs and living like everyone else does. It's about doing the things you want, the things that make you happy. The most important lesson I've learned from you guys is that we mustn't be scared of doing the things we really like. Life is short, so we have to make the most of it.
There's so much more i want to say to you, but at least I really want you to know that your videos are absolutely great and you have to keep doing this amazing work. Thank you for everything.

I had a great time there. It can be damn cold in the winter but it is a good university and a great party town.
Just remember not to have any classes on friday morning if you can because thursday night is a great party night in Dunedin.

After I saw one of your videos about Alberta Canada, I decided to go there for a trip to visit my sister and nephew who was born in Calgary.
