Spotlight vs pin video in Zoom. What's the difference?

Very clear explanation. Thank you. If I have someone giving a lecture and he wants to show a video ((I’m the host) how do I do that and then once video has ended allow the le turner to continue?

Thanks Markus! This is perfect, exactly what I was looking for! Do you know if there's a way to force full screen mode of my video feed on the participants side? I tried playing with it, but when I spotlight it, it does get bigger, but not full screen. I share code editor and the text looks too small :(

I don't think that can be done in Zoom. My workaround, no pun intended, is to zoom in in the code editor.
