this has been a passed down knowledge from great great grandma’s. Sometimes due to advanced medicine, we forget that natural remedies existed for a reason it’s because they are effective.
Don’t lay on your back when pushing & don’t start pushing just cause your at 10cm wait til your body feels the need to push you will know feels like a poop you can’t hold in that help way more than warm compresses or trying to stretch your perineal area. When we’re on our backs we’re working against gravity. Look up when and why women started delivering on their back & it help you gain perspective as well. It had to do with perverted King who wanted a better view it doesn’t serve mom or baby and favors & leads to pelvic floor issues
I have a question I have a family friend who just recently had her baby about 3 weeks ago. She didn't have a normal terror though. She tore up into her vaginal area. Is that normal? Cause I've never heard of that happening but it's what happened to her and now I'm scared for when I get a pregnant 1 day.
There are different grades of tears (1st, 2nd, 3rd degree, 4th degree), the first 2 being the most common and you can tear in any direction (up, down, sideways, etc). I had a second degree internal tear with my baby but my midwife stitched me up. It wasn’t pleasant but for me the contractions were more challenging in my opinion. If you’re considering having a baby in the future I’d encourage you to find a good childbirth education course to help guide you and your hubby through pregnancy and birth. I really loved The Bradley Method but there are several others to choose from. Tearing, while unpleasant, isn’t uncommon. Pelvic floor therapy after delivery can also help if you tore.
@@akailah ok boo as soon as I get back home around 1 o clock I'm gonna drink it. I let mine sit for few hrs and it's already slimy I just put it in the fridge so it won't go bad sitting out on my counter. I used raw okra!!!
Of course, there aren’t any studies to confirm it works because that’s not something pharmaceutical companies would ever study.

Fact
Their are mo studies which means that it can be possible and you just Dont know because of the lack of research.
No studies done does not mean that it doesn't have benefits.
