I bought some minnows and goldfish for my frogs and gar to eat. Other fish in the tank are 3 Bala sharks a Pleco and a Peacock Eel hiding in the gravel.

I have a recommendation. I have an African clawed frog too and I would suggest that based on the way they eat (shoveling) that it's dangerous to have gravel in there instead of rocks because they can accidentally Ingest some of the gravel while trying to eat

I used to have the albino one , I had him for years from 2004 when I got him in 4th grade until he died in 2014 , he was huge , aggressive lil thing but I loved him . I always like frogs . I also had 2 fire belly toads which are the cutest things lol

So not a gar, but a member of the Order Beloniformes ("true" gar are in the order Lepisosteiformes) so not even a realted species :) just wanted to let you know, so you can care for your fish as best as you can.

It's how they are feeding them. They're putting in live fish. I have no problem with it because these creatures need to eat. Particularly the white one. I am pretty sure that animal would starve to death because of its coloration in the wild. To individuals that view life a precious to all animals they would be upset by it. Basically it's just oversensitive animal rights people that are disliking it. It pretty much tells me how far in touch with the cycle of life and nature people are.

Spring Howell that’s the cycle of life! Most of these gold fish were domesticated and never lived a full life, they were bred to be feeder fish. If you think that’s inhuman you need to not watch these videos! These fish are much happier dead than in a tank for anything.

Tryston Brown Nope. They just come up to take a breath every so often. But they are fully aquatic frogs so they dont actually leave the water.
