I have LOVED smoked fish since I was a kid & we'd snack on big chunks of smoked sea bass we'd nab out of our friend's refridgerator-turned-smoker in Grant, FL. Fast forward 29 yrs and my daughter fell in love with smoked trout & salmon about kindergarten age. No better munchie EVER
