This is so calming and relaxing. I really need to thank you for helping me get rid of so much anxiety around the idea of them being together. I agree with you when you say no one is better than me, because we are not in a competition, nor we want to beat the other person. We just have to obliterate those intrusive thoughts.

That trick during the visualization is genius!! I don't struggle with third parties, but that's such a brilliant way of handling them if anyone is in that situation. It perfectly gets rid of resistance

You know, you mentioned sp being in marriage situation-which I am so thankful for. The situation looks a little bit different with setting boundaries when you enter a situation when there is a 3p, kids too. Not manifesting it consciously, obviously. You cannot set an ultimatum, especially if he’s wavering, hot and cold. You stand by this person, who is being emotionally, financially, sometimes even a little bit physically abused by 3p and being blackmailed with kids. You stand by him, and trying not to beg too much for a tiny bit of time. Manifesting, affirmations, trrying to move through states keeps you afloat. Also, you are a beautiful young woman. I met my sp when I was 38, more than 2 years ago. No chance for becoming a mother of his child. I am affirming being in a good relationship with jis kods and grandkods in the future.
7 years … yes I am ready to wait but it’s just such an awful shame. Not that I’m not used to being busy 24/7. I’ve been unhappy all my life. I work on my sc, and doing a not bad job comparing what it was before. What remains unbearable is the pain.

My Sp is officially dating another girl.
My friend screenshot the FB story of my sp. The photo is with another person, the woman that my sp told me he's been dating for a couple of months after our relationship ended.
I am sad, but not devastated. I cried a little but not to a point where I got tantrums. Somehow i am happy for him because after 17 yrs of being single he's able to post someone in his wall, finally he's "inlove", and able to commit to someone. I am frustrated because he didn't choose me. He was not happy with me.
Just a background, I met my SP in Jan 2021, decided to be in an exclusive relationship in Aug 2021, i fell in love first, but i think he did not because he eventually ended the relationship last May 2022.
I'm so furious to myself because where did I go wrong?
You did not do any wrong and you should not suffer. But dunno why you and me in same situation suffer😐

My sp just married the 3rd party!
I was dating a girl that I really really love.
And then she went back to her ex boyfriend.
I am hurting right now. I don't know what to do. I feel that I need to focus on myself, but I really like that girl.
So I dis it.. and say to him that I can’t be with him if he was with someone else. So it turn very badly and blocked him from everywhere. Because I can’t tolaret any more desrespect. I need to heal too much. And glucose on me. My heart broke in to many peces. When I get better and have money I will look for you because my faith is to smash.
