Thanks for the excellent video - I have a different make but the setup in the wiring and stats is exactly the same. The 'fault' in mine was just as you explain it in the video. As soon as I pushed the little button on the safety stat back in it worked. A quick chat with the family and we agreed not to put any clothes on the radiator in the future. Why do people still use paraffin heaters when they can use one of these radiators - much safer and a better heat too.
