Just Out Of Pure Curiosity, How Do You Erase The Green Effects When They Are Performing Blazing Moves?

I'm not sure what u mean by "green effects", but u can eliminate the HUD, ghosting n any weird artifacting in general by inputting under ur advanced video settings of PCSX2 "skipdraw" start numerical value of 1, and ending numerical value of 10,000. Just keep in mind, this also eliminates the ability to c the pause menu even if u pause, so you'll have to remember what the pause menu options r to leave matches n stuff unless u put Skipdraw back to 0 and 0 til u get back in a match.
