  • Join Dusty Dave on this adventurous backcountry hike to the impressive natural bridge, Otho Bridge (also known as Otho Arch). Along the way, we also visit Funhouse Bridge.
This hike takes place in Mill Creek Canyon near Moab, Utah. It's a backcountry hike-there is no established trail-so it's not for the inexperienced hiker. At almost 6 miles and several hundred feet of elevation gain, it's perfect for an adventurous day out exploring.
The hike can be done from top-down or bottom-up, as a one-way hike with a shuttle or round-trip. Further down the canyon, there are more aches, so you can explore all day without seeing everything. In this hike, Dusty Dave started in the Sand Flats Recreation Area, working his way down the canyon and back up.
Please don't forget to tread lightly - stick to durable surfaces like slickrock. Drainages are also good routes to follow. Don't "bust the crust."
