Very helpful! Thank you!
I appreciate it!!!
Make sure the “silicone” or any “sealant” is safe for aluminum… at least on Airstream
Absolutely
I’d love a video on ac easy starts
I have one on the channel from an install on a big country. Install process is the same. Go check it out!!!
Was this the replacement part with 65 psi rather than the 50 psi that comes with the trailer? Any concerns for the water system with a higher psi? Thanks!!
That’s a great question. This is the 65 psi version and no there’s absolutely no concern in the change. Pecks piping is good for a couple hundred psi by itself. Personally, I would never want my water pressure to be above about 80 at Max so the 65 to me is perfect.
How does the Airstream tow/handle compared to the Montana 5th wheel. I have a Montana fifth wheel now and I do not feel any sway at all even when passing tractor trailer trucks on interstate. Do you feel this way with the airstream?
The airstream is one of the best designed trailers out there. It tows amazingly smooth and straight. Don’t get me wrong, the Montana also towed beautifully with the goose box that I did. I never had any major issues even in 80 mile an hour crosswinds with my solar panels on top. But they’re definitely not a comparison to the Airstream.
