Yes
I'm about an hour away. I'ma go there sometime next week.
Good luck
You guys did great! Those micro lite rods are great for the money but eventually the rod guides groove up since they are cheap stainless. I use daiwa spinmatics or fenwick river runners these days; same rods I use for trout. I've been scoring a few 'gills at local ponds on ultralight gear. One of my favorite techniques in shallow ponds is throwing weightless red worms or mealies with #8-10 baitholders on 2 lb test. and letting them fall on bedding fish. I've caught 60 in two hours that way but nothing in terms of size like what you guys have there.
The slingshots are decent usually like 10-$20 with decent line I think they r zebcos. They r worth every penny
Awesome video those gills were Monsters !
live or plastic?
If i remember this day, we use redworm
