Imagine if Kanao wears Kanae’s haori. Plus, I think the haori is beautiful and should be passed down the generation along with the butterfly pin style like the Hanafuda earrings.
I think the reason why Kanao doesnt wear it is that Shinobu Kocho keeps it as a remembrance of Kanae or that Shinobu doesn't want to remember kanae everyday with Kanao wearing it (what I mean is she might get sad everyday considering Kanao looks so similar to kanae when she was still younger and it may be an effect to her job as a Hashira/Pillar).
Giving her the title of the fifth Hashira is painfully underestimating, she kept up facing off douma at his full strength (all night long) even without her mark and any help. The reason why douma might be at 100 % was because he was neither poisoned nor weakened and he was desperately wanted to consume her before dawn. Even Rengoku( a top five Hashira at that point) didn’t managed to survive over a short period before dawn against Akaza . You may argue had Rengoku not fought against Enmu, the result would’ve been different. Nevertheless, Akaza was doing his best to avoid killing Rengoku while fighting playfully but still managed to do so. I believe Kanae deserves top 3 if she managed to survive.
I like this theory a lot, but since we heard how Kanae fought with douma with a broken sword i think she'll be the top 2-3 strongest hashira but it think Douma's fight will end quickly
Even when kanae could awake her mark (because of the cold air) they couldn't beat douma this easily. Power based douma would win low-mid diff at max (also i believe that Kanae would be comparable to Sanemi strenght wise). So I think douma wouldn't go Serious and lose for the Plot or he would just be much weaker (or dont have ice clones) also Shinobu and Kanae would die

Actually a lot of the scenarios here wouldn’t actually happen. The only reason why doma Died was because Shinobu sacrificed herself in order for Kanao and Inosuke to finish him off. So if Kanae helped, the chance for all of them to die is much higher unless Shinobu Sacrifices herself. Another thing I need to add is that they need to have a high fever to unlock the mark (I believe) so It’s likely Kanae would not gain the mark. And those are just me pointing out the problems in the video! (Please don’t take this seriously ; - ; )

Also they defeated douma only bc. he absorbed big amount of wisteria poison that was stored in Shinobu. After he was poisoned they cutted his head as final Blow. And only then won. Without poison even tho they cutted his head he would regenerate it & probably kill them all.

I say this because by the time she was done fighting Douma it was sunrise so I believe they encountered each other in the middle of the night (around 2 - 3 a.m) and fought until daybreak. Kanae managed to last against Douma for a few hours in HER BASE FORM. That's quite impressive. Anyways, in this fight Douma was holding back and just toying around with her. However this brings me to my next point, Douma was probably using around 15% of his power. Douma's 15% is probably Akaza's 20 - 25% which takes me to MY NEXT POINT. In the infinity castle arc, Giyu and Tanjiro fought Akaza and in this fight: Akaza was using around 65% of his power. However, Giyu was marked and he had help from Tanjiro so he handled approximately 30 - 35% of Akaza's power lets say 🤔. So basically... Kanae (Base) handled Douma's 15% (Akaza's 20 - 25%) And Giyuu (Marked) handled approximately Akaza's 30 - 35% Now imagine if Kanae was marked... I don't think she'll join the fight with Muzan, at least directly. Knowing that she will only be a liability if she directly joins the fight in her state, Shinobu would instead choose to rendezvous with Yushiro and join him with providing crucial support that everyone else will desperately need during the fight. However, she will likely join everyone else in restraining giant baby Muzan in the sunlight during the final stretch of the battle.
Kanae does not die -> Shinobu does not take in the poison because of no inner hatred -> Dōma eats Kanae, Shinobu and Kanao(I think he'll just kill Inosuke since he's a boy) in the Infinity Castle -> Dōma fights along with Muzan with much more experience -> Muzan & Dōma, both win(Dōma might die, but he'll be able to kill 1-3 Hashiras, at least). Shinobu needs to be eaten to be able to win that Douma fight. Kanao and Inosuke will manage to weaken Douma much easier with Kanae's help (assuming they both activated their Final Form) Three of them live and fight against Muzan. As usual, Gyomei will die from overusing the slayer mark, Mitsuri and Obanai will die from their injuries, Kanae manage to avoid being fatally wounded by the whip but she will activate her slayer mark and become fully blind because of overextending her Final Form and Giyu loss an arm and Sanemi will live. Kanae, Giyu and Sanemi will be the only hashiras to live to tell the tale. Kanae's future life after the battle will be kinda vague. She will need a companion to have a better life (sanemi could be a better candidate since he likes her or live with Tanjiro, Kanao, Nezuko, Inosuke, Aoi, and Zenitsu)

E provavelmente seria a quarta ou a terceira hashira mais forte de todo o esquadrão, já que antes mesmo ela já era muito forte, e conseguiu lidar com o Douma sem mesmo ter despertado a sua marca, tudo isso sozinha, enquanto Tanjiro e Tomioka estavam com a marca mas mesmo assim não conseguiram derrotar o Akaza, que é considerado mais fraco que o Douma, ou seja, ela seria bem mais forte agora que conseguiu sobreviver. Talvez conseguindo matar o Douma sem ter que Shinobu se sacrificar pra isso, o que acho um pouco improvável, mas talvez consiga.
E mesmo que realmente a Shinobu fosse muito importante para a derrota de Douma, talvez, só talvez, ela estaria viva ainda, mesmo com o Douma usando talvez toda a força dele.

Shinobu needs to be eaten to be able to win that Douma fight. Kanao and Inosuke will manage to weaken Douma much easier with Kanae's help (assuming they both activated their Final Form)
Three of them live and fight against Muzan. As usual, Gyomei will die from overusing the slayer mark, Mitsuri and Obanai will die from their injuries, Kanae manage to avoid being fatally wounded by the whip but she will activate her slayer mark and become fully blind because of overextending her Final Form and Giyu loss an arm and Sanemi will live. Kanae, Giyu and Sanemi will be the only hashiras to live to tell the tale. Kanae's future life after the battle will be kinda vague. She will need a companion to have a better life (sanemi could be a better candidate since he likes her or live with Tanjiro, Kanao, Nezuko, Inosuke, Aoi, and Zenitsu)
