I thought of buying this as I worked on G models. 379th Bomb Wing. Wurtsmith AFB Michigan. Ours got chopped up due to a SALT treaty. You tube has videos of it. How sad. 17' wing flex, 12' up, 5' down. G models had an enlisted tail Gunner. As did the H model.
And I think my 1/32 scale Thunderbolt and Skyraider are big. At 1/72 scale, that B52 is huge.
The B52 is surprisingly massive.
Cannot wait to build this bastard!
Awesome mate!.. A B-52.. a friend you can depend on ✈️..thanks from across the ditch 👍🇳🇿
No problem 👍 Thank you for watching!
All B-52’s had gunners. The B-52D and G had quad .50 cals. The B-52H had a 20mm Vulcan cannon. All were removed in the 90’s.
Thank you for your information!
The Gunner was the only enlisted crew member.
Thank you for watching!

Thank you for your inside information.
Pretty sure the Houndog had a one megaton thermonuclear warhead and was a strategic weapon, not like Shrike, to destroy AA and Radar installations?
Really? Not certain about this.
Yeah buddy the B-52H is still in service...not all are gone...
Thank you for your information!
Nothing on craft, disappointing.
Craft? Aircraft? Arts and craft? War craft?
