I am curious since no one has really talked about it, but how is the space inside the tent when closed for additional bedding? Especially with the factory mattress removed? I am considering this tent and already own an exped megamat duo LW+ which is 4" thick by 77" long and 52" wide (deflates down to an inch or two max). I am wondering if with the factory mattress removed, and the exped fully deflated if there should be room for 2 large sleeping bags and pillows (decently thin ones) without overloading it when closing. I will see if I can get some kind of measurements. I can tell you there is 0 room for bedding with the stock mattress.
Is the quilted tri-layer canvas also on all 4 walls or is it just the ceiling?
It's not on the side walls. Just the window areas. My guess is it would make it too bulky to fold up then.
You may want to specify thats she is taller than you or you may be sleeping in that tent more frequently than you plan to
