How do you announce a facebook livestream broadcast upfront. Is there al link you can provide upfront for people to go to. Or announce it in a Facebook Event, with a reminder when the livestream starts, or copple of minutes before, with a link to go to the livestream when it starts?

Try using a desktop, laptop or other device than your phone. If you can go LIVE and see the comments from another device that means it is the version of the software on your phone that is affected. Be sure to check the device to ensure it is the latest and greatest version.
Hey Pete, your orientation depends on how you place your recording device. On a mobile or similar device, rotating it would solve the issue your're facing.

One has to stream with a key now and use obs which is really complicated. i have the same issue and i wish to do it on a laptop. there are no videos that i can find that are up to date on this subject. now you can not do business or hobby videos with others. it is really sad that Facebook has deleted this option as they were the front runners on this. could you do a video on this subject and on the computer and not on an phone! thank you

I cannot flip my image when live streaming. All of the how to videos tell me to hit the magic wand symbol, and look for the tool symbol. My screen does not have the tool symbol. Just star, clock, mask, sparkle, frame and pencil symbols; but no wrench symbols that is suppose to give me access to several screen contols, including mirror-flip. I have already tried to redownload facebook app; but that did not help. Any advice you could give to correct this backwards image when live streaming would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you.

Facebook seems to have taken away the ability to add a person to your live. I checked by desktop, tablet, laptop and iPhone. I can't add a person on to my live at all. Very frustrating

You can create an Event in FB then make it a post and pin it. You can create "reminder" posts and schedule those in Publishing Insights.

IOS or Android? I believe they took it away for Android. Let us know if there are updates o this. I am hunting for answers too.

Please check your settings or share the error what you are seeing or you can even use a external tools to go live like OBS software.
