I had one for 3 days now and the water tank is already leaving and their support is crap. I will return this and dont recommend this companys products for anyone. Really bad build quality!

Watching this to see how to repack it since my disappointment is immense with this product. I bought it for my parents because my mother really likes capuccino and after a couple months after making sure they properly clean and maintain the unit, it just stopped frothing the milk. Coffee is mid at best with really good beans.

@@alfredandcheens I bought one recently, but it doesn’t warm cups, that cup holder just stays cold, until after it makes 10 or more coffees, then it gets slightly warm.

Your coffee maker has a passive keep warm tray. To
maximise the energy efficiency of your machine
it makes use of the heat that is generated internally
whilst in use. The longer the coffee maker is on
for the more heat will be retained.
