THE CAVE by Chef Ryan Clift at The Edge | Uluwatu, Bali is unique romantic dining experience inside an untouched 25,000 year old cave underneath the Uluwatu, Bali clifftop. The Cave has 22 seat subterranean restaurant serving a seven course delectable menu with optional wine and cocktail pairing. In between seven courses the lights will dim and the cave’s wall will become alive with video projection mapping. The Cave offers an extraordinary culinary experience with the mesmerizing beauty of a natural limestone cave. I highly recommend The Cave to experience a one of a kind romantic dining with your loved ones. Uluwatu, Bali is definitely a food haven!
