I enjoy ketchup & hot sauce on my eggs if it’s a breakfast skillet (potatoes, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, bacon or sausage )...or omelette Chicagoland area thing. The steak and brunch plates look delish!

You can melt the cheese on your e & b sandwich by turning off the burner and putting a lid over the skillet while you prep your tea/coffee. I use sriracha on my eggs and homefries. Try it! 😉
