For me it will be five years in August since I became paralyzed from a spinal cord injury due to an emergency back surgery. Lately I was having a bit of a harder time with this time stamp getting closer. It helps me to look at the good parts, what I have achieved during this time. Just like you have been doing!
It’s always a really though time around anniversary. I have been struggling and remembering the good things that happened helps a little bit. Sometimes it’s hard to remember that not everything is dark if that makes sense. If wish you the best for this hard period!
