Its really not. People appear to be getting along there. We drove through and there were black, Latino and white kids biking together, fishing from a pond together, diverse groups of adults playing soccer. It was almost creepy. Everything and everybody was just...perfect. Had a Stepford wives kinda feel😅

I just wonder how Prosper got it's name...
I believe they wanted to name it something else but that name was taken so they went with prosper because the crops that year were prospering
