I just took a MAC pro class from Caitlin two days ago and she is amazing! She has a very fun personality which totally comes through on this video! All of the people that work at the MAC Pro store on Robson in Vancouver, B.C are the nicest and most helpful people ever!

I know how you feel. I always feel self-conscious once I walk in because it seems like all eyes are on you. And when I do walk in with make-up, I see them eyeing me up and down.

is it bad that because i have watched this video so many times...i quote it when i actually do my eyebrows?!? ahahaha, i just love the way she explains them like they were real people or something! xD
my sis HATES when i do my eyebrows cause then i whisper "Makes you look a little younger.." ahaha, but my eyebrows have really looked a whole lot better since i started drawing a few little hairs & then combing them up!
yeah I went to buy a new foundation and wasn't sure of my shade. The girls working there asked me why I thought I could just walk in without making an appointment and then both of them walked out and went to lunch. Since when do you have to make an appointment to get color matched to a foundation?

Up... If you brush it down the colour might go a little off, or the hairs will be too much out of order. If you brush it up the colour will stay and you have more control and it will look better.
It makes more sense to match the pencil color to your hair color not your skin tone.

The only thing intimidating about MAC artists is that they are all in black and wearing full faces of makeup. They're just people; not judges. They are there to assist you and take your money. It's a simple equation; don't over think it.

idk about any of u ppl and ur where about to the mac stores but I'm from San Antonio, TX and the mac store that i have gone to is in North Star Mall and i must say that mac has beautiful products but would not get any of my money because their workers are so rude and stuck up. i went in to ask a question because i do not own any mac products and wanted to purchase a few produce and was blown off as if i wasn't good enough to shop there.
BUT THE OTHER MAC BROW TIP WAS TO COMB IT DOWN FIRST... WHICH!?!

I've been to MAC stores like that Mrs Burrell. Awful! And I've also been to MACs where I get a hug, my make up popped up just because I'm there, and it's OK how much or little I buy because after that treatment- they know I'll be back.
