YES!! I had the same experience sampling Lira. Recently got a wild hair and purchased the bottle and it's much more acceptable performance - 4ish hours. So I understand. And I'm here for the imaginary Easter associations 😂😂😂

Completely spot on review on Italica! And it is VERY similar to Sospiro Prima Donna which I love way better and better performance. Smooth, nutty with some cherry. A fragrance for the fall/winter. ❤
Hi Jackie, I agree with all your points on the frags. Xerjoff is one of my favorite houses as well. Lira didn’t last on me the way I expect a frag of that price point to perform. However, you’re killing me with your ranking of Erba Pura and A Overdose! Those are two of my favorites and massive compliment getters. We normally align so well with our tastes in perfumes. I was surprised you didn’t care for them. On me the A Overdose isn’t that green. Skin chemistries vary so perhaps that’s what is going on here. ❤️💕
I have experienced it too with Lira, the longevity was ok with the sample. The Scent made my buy it never the less. With the full bottle I have experienced longevity of 8h-10hs. Worth it for me 🥰
Love Lira..........no performance issues........wears all day. You are correct...difference between samples/full bottle performance. Would not have believed it had I not experienced for myself.

It's funny how Erba Pura was the first Xerjof I fell in love with and the compliments were crazy, but I'm now getting the same effect as you!! I can't sand the overwhelming beat mode. Bouquet Ideale I have been wearing this summer and it works in the heat!! and smells delicious. I wish Dama Bianca has a bit of a lasting power!! I agree it's the best smelling Xerjoff but I have to wait when it's extremely hot here in London (which never happens) to get it to perform.

I absolutely love Dama Bianca! I always get compliments when I wear her. I used Dama on my whole naked body and sprayed my clothing with La Rose’e - it was a combination I literally could use for the rest of my life! If you’re reading this - pls try that combo! It’s so good!! I also have on BBW Whipped Rose and Vanilla body cream and spray. Actually, that’s what I put down first before I spray my body with Dama Bianca. Ooohhh I just love it!!!
You're 100% correct!!! I used this combo but I used Delina body Cream spray bottom half w La Rosee and top half (including hair) with Dama Bianca. I smelled like an Angel ❤
I just bought the one ounce bottles of Italica and Dama Bianca. You’re right, I think it’s the saffron that just doesn’t smell good on my skin in Italica, but Dama Bianca is gorgeous!!! It could easily become my signature scent! I’ll definitely have to try Bouquet Ideale and La Capitale! I really love cardamom and nutmeg as fragrance notes. Thank goodness I don't have to rank my fragrances, so I can totally emphasize when you say you don't know how to rate these. There are so many gems within the Xerjoff brand. In addition to Dama Bianca, Lira and Toni Iommi, I also love The K'Bridge Club (possibly my favourite), Decas and Purple Accento.
For me Xerjoff Casamorati Dolce Amalfi is the best of the line ✨️💛 In hot summer days ((25+degree)) it is amazing! Its in my top 3 best fragrances ever!! Bouquet Ideale ❤ is my second number one 😉 ... i wear it with the hair parfum ((yes they have the hairparfum as well)) and ohhh my, it stays with me all day long😊 Lira🤎 is not my thing and Dama Bianca is pretty nice as well 🤍 Much love from Amsterdam

I hav fb of lira. Smell is mouthwatering but performance is lacking. I wear it to bed to spoil myself. If i want others to smell it, layer with cheriosa 71 and its perfection! Great video! ❤from New Zealand
The sprayer on the bottles are amazing so get one if you don't already have a bottle. You need to spray the sample a lot to get the same level. On me Lira lasts forever i have a back up bottle as well ❤

Lyra is a vanilla fragrance, it ages. On me it became much better over 3 months waiting. First I thought it is weak, but now it’s performance is very good, not a beast, but Very good. The longevity was always outstanding though. It lasts over 12 h on my skin

I have a nice collection of Xerjoff as well. My top favorite is Dama Bianca and my close second is Bouquet Idole -that woody dry down on me smells amazing!! Lira - I like using it at night bc the longevity is not there for me as well. Erba Pura - I totally agree with your take on this fragrance. It does the same for my skin. It’s one of those perfumes that smells “fake” on my skin. Like it just sits there being obnoxious - yelling at the world HERE I AM!! 😂 But guess what, I still have it in my collection 😆 Italica - I’m not heads over heels in love. I’m gonna use it again this winter and if it still doesn’t work for me, it will get decluttered. Overture - oh. my!!! That fig note is amazing on my skin & clothing. Long lasting and wow! That’s another love of mine! I really enjoyed this video. Btw - when that picture of Erba Pura popped up next to you on screen, it was so cool bc all those colors from your makeup to the picture looked great. 😊
Lira is my favorite and it makes me think of sweater weather. You need to get the small bottle. It’s beautiful. I loved the sample I got for la capitale so I purchased the big bottle and then sold it. I wish all perfumes came in 30 ml. I change my mind all the time on what I like. I have Lira, I feel it isn’t overly long lasting. I think you need to keep a decant on you to reapply. However I feel I go nose blind to fragrances when I overspray them haha. It’s good for a night out date night thing but it won’t last the whole working day.
I own Lira and love it now. I didn’t at first and almost cried when I first sprayed it as I thought my money went down the drain 😂 Be sure to spray it when you first get it, then let it sit a few weeks before spraying it again. It gets better each time I pick it up!
I love Dama Bianca, Appolonia, and Crus Dell Sur II, but returned Ivory Coast- straight up masculine cologne with incense, I also did not like Pikoyana. Love the Xerjoff house generally though and interesting perfumes!
I LOVE La Capitale. I HATE oud. La Capitale is perfect. I don’t smell oud. It’s just amazing. Dolce Amalfi is one of my favorites! I adore it! Lira smells awesome, but I still struggle with performance. Maybe I go nose blind? I’ve had people say I smell good when I can’t smell it… Starlight is my fav Xerjoff. It always makes me happy!
Jackie I say try a 30ml bottle of Lira to test performance for the both of us lol. Like you, I love the way Lira smells but I've blown through a 10ml decant trying to get a better performance with this perfume and felt it was gone within an hour or two. Such a bummer.
Erba pura is one that is very controversial i havent smelled it but i know i wont like it. I hate the smell of eucalyptus! i wanted to try cruze del sur II I havent heard of La Tosca but sounds like a hate for me. I have La Capitale but its a bit too non sweet smelling. I just got a sample of Dolce Almafi and it smells amazing! Its yummy I like how this is one i can wear all year long. Do you think I should buy it? Italica is super sweet I can only wear it in the dead of winter. I own Lira i dont love it but it lasts around 4 hours on me. I havent smelled Dama Bianca yet really want to
I own lira and i catch whiffs of it all day. It definatly projects the loudest for the first 3 hours. Another thing that i dont thi k is talked about enough regarding performance is nose blindness. For survival humans are designed to disregard smells that are deemed safe so that way we are able to pick up on new smells that could mean danger.
Hi Jackie. Don't you also have Fiori d'Ulivo... Love Xerjoff! I have 8... My favorite is Itallica, probably... 😍😍 Like you, I was a bit overwhelmed by Erba Pura. I do need to revisit that sample though. It definitely packs a punch, is potent, projecting and long lasting. Lira is great. Not as projecting as Itallica on me; it's softer... I would say for both of these, at time I feel like they've dispeared and then I get a surprize wiff of a wonderful gourmand smell and realize it's the fragrance I'm wearing. 😄
@@jaxbeautifulyou I just got that one. Only tried it once, this week. It's light floral and I do pick up on an olive note. I'm going to have to try it more... Doesn't seem to project much and could probably be a unisex light everyday fragrance.
About Lira. I've never had the coin to purchase the real thing but the DUA Brand Caramel Delight is so good, I've decided not to go for Lira. This decision, btw, allowed me to buy the real Dama Bianca which I also love!! lol And Starlight reminds me of penning a letter at a beautiful desk by a window overlooking the winter forest, maybe wearing a warm sweater and around the holidays. Just beautiful. Good luck with Lira however you do it, lol. Also it might take some time to mix with the oxygen and become longer lasting. My DUA brand will last at least an entire day and I've had people come running behind me, other fragheads, wanting to know what it was.
Torino22 is my recent obsession. I love Torino21, as well! Renaissance is really nice, too. I can’t stand Dama Bianca. The kumquat mixed with the creamier sweet notes is gross to me.
I dont think I've ever tried a xerjoff 😱 only a dupe of erba pura which was a no 😂 do this was useful! I need to go to Harvey Nichols and see if they have some. I always head straight to Dior and Frederic Malle, I didn't even look for Xerjoff.
My husband hated urba pura and Kirke on me , but I actually liked it a lot . But for that reason that my man hates it I don’t own it I had Kirke I gave it to my sister in law
La Capitale is so sexy and delicious! I love Xerjoff and I can only imagine how tough it was for you to rank them. Lira is pretty good in performance for me. I get up to 7-8 hours. I do find that it sticks to my skin better in warm weather. Love this ranking video! 💖💖
Regarding Lira - I also first smelled it via a sample & immediately thought it was so amazing smelling, so great I wanted to smell like it & only it for the rest of my life. I immediately bought a 30 ml, which I doused myself in. The lasting power is indeed terrible, so I bought the fragrance oil dupe & also Lira hair mist, which helped but still struggled to smell it. Several UA-cam videos suggested Ex Idolo Love & Crime as a better performing alternative, so I bought that to layer with Lira & finally I can smell it on myself & fully enjoy. Hope that helps. Cruz del Sur II was such a sad disappointment for me. I was so excited when I bought it...I wore it and I smelled like freaking yogurt. It was horrible (I don't even like yogurt lol). Tommy Iommi is not only one of my favorite guitarrists but he created a masterpiece of a fragrance, my husband rocks it and it smells amazing, I think I would wear it too some day. And just for fun I am totally Team Erba Pura and Team Accento Overdose and Accento lol.
I thought I was the only one that can’t count when filming 😂😂😂 I don’t even count down anymore. Tosca is another one I haven’t gotten. I don’t like green notes either 🙌🏻
There’s someone out there that doesn’t like Italica?! I own Lira. It doesn’t project at all; skin scent but fabulous. I bought Dapper roller ball oil and body cream in Lira and he did a great job 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Consider getting that instead 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t regret getting Lira but I got Dapper so I don’t suck down the entire bottle of Lira in a month.

I haven’t tried anything from Xerjoff…..yet…😂 One discovery I made today, is that I actually love two fragrances that I previously discounted as not for me….after one hour on the skin! One is Delina Exclusif, and the other is Ani! I’m so pleasantly surprised! I thought I would never consider purchasing full sized bottles of these fragrances. But now….🤔 You compare a lot of fragrances to cookies…💛😂💛😂
I got a full bottle the biggest bottle of Italica.. blind bought it...i hated it on first sniff...it has a plastic note i cant get over ....its just sitting on my shelf...uggh ! I also dislike Lira...it smells like HotShot bug spray...thank goodness i only have a 30oz sized bottle of Lira....i have Cruz Del Sur II and i love it.

Shunkoin is horrible, I had to scrub it like mad when I arrived at home! But I love TONY IOMMI, La Capitale and Accento Overdose. Also, I dislike Erba Pura because it smells like a laundry product I am using at the moment.
😂this video had you stressing and forgetting! I own Lira and it didn't last long on me either. Fast forward 6-8 months and its alot better. Dama Bianca smells like no other. So unique.

I have Lira, I feel it isn’t overly long lasting. I think you need to keep a decant on you to reapply. However I feel I go nose blind to fragrances when I overspray them haha. It’s good for a night out date night thing but it won’t last the whole working day.

I own Lira and love it now. I didn’t at first and almost cried when I first sprayed it as I thought my money went down the drain 😂 Be sure to spray it when you first get it, then let it sit a few weeks before spraying it again. It gets better each time I pick it up!

I love Dama Bianca, Appolonia, and Crus Dell Sur II, but returned Ivory Coast- straight up masculine cologne with incense, I also did not like Pikoyana. Love the Xerjoff house generally though and interesting perfumes!

Jackie I say try a 30ml bottle of Lira to test performance for the both of us lol. Like you, I love the way Lira smells but I've blown through a 10ml decant trying to get a better performance with this perfume and felt it was gone within an hour or two. Such a bummer.

Erba pura is one that is very controversial i havent smelled it but i know i wont like it. I hate the smell of eucalyptus! i wanted to try cruze del sur II I havent heard of La Tosca but sounds like a hate for me. I have La Capitale but its a bit too non sweet smelling. I just got a sample of Dolce Almafi and it smells amazing! Its yummy I like how this is one i can wear all year long. Do you think I should buy it? Italica is super sweet I can only wear it in the dead of winter. I own Lira i dont love it but it lasts around 4 hours on me. I havent smelled Dama Bianca yet really want to

I own lira and i catch whiffs of it all day. It definatly projects the loudest for the first 3 hours. Another thing that i dont thi k is talked about enough regarding performance is nose blindness. For survival humans are designed to disregard smells that are deemed safe so that way we are able to pick up on new smells that could mean danger.

I have not tried the dapper version but I do personally don’t find the original to be masculine. To me, it leans more feminine.
Hi Jackie. Don't you also have Fiori d'Ulivo... Love Xerjoff! I have 8... My favorite is Itallica, probably... 😍😍 Like you, I was a bit overwhelmed by Erba Pura. I do need to revisit that sample though. It definitely packs a punch, is potent, projecting and long lasting.
Lira is great. Not as projecting as Itallica on me; it's softer... I would say for both of these, at time I feel like they've dispeared and then I get a surprize wiff of a wonderful gourmand smell and realize it's the fragrance I'm wearing. 😄

About Lira. I've never had the coin to purchase the real thing but the DUA Brand Caramel Delight is so good, I've decided not to go for Lira. This decision, btw, allowed me to buy the real Dama Bianca which I also love!! lol And Starlight reminds me of penning a letter at a beautiful desk by a window overlooking the winter forest, maybe wearing a warm sweater and around the holidays. Just beautiful. Good luck with Lira however you do it, lol. Also it might take some time to mix with the oxygen and become longer lasting. My DUA brand will last at least an entire day and I've had people come running behind me, other fragheads, wanting to know what it was.

Torino22 is my recent obsession. I love Torino21, as well! Renaissance is really nice, too. I can’t stand Dama Bianca. The kumquat mixed with the creamier sweet notes is gross to me.

La Capitale is so sexy and delicious! I love Xerjoff and I can only imagine how tough it was for you to rank them. Lira is pretty good in performance for me. I get up to 7-8 hours. I do find that it sticks to my skin better in warm weather. Love this ranking video! 💖💖

Regarding Lira - I also first smelled it via a sample & immediately thought it was so amazing smelling, so great I wanted to smell like it & only it for the rest of my life. I immediately bought a 30 ml, which I doused myself in. The lasting power is indeed terrible, so I bought the fragrance oil dupe & also Lira hair mist, which helped but still struggled to smell it. Several UA-cam videos suggested Ex Idolo Love & Crime as a better performing alternative, so I bought that to layer with Lira & finally I can smell it on myself & fully enjoy. Hope that helps. Cruz del Sur II was such a sad disappointment for me. I was so excited when I bought it...I wore it and I smelled like freaking yogurt. It was horrible (I don't even like yogurt lol). Tommy Iommi is not only one of my favorite guitarrists but he created a masterpiece of a fragrance, my husband rocks it and it smells amazing, I think I would wear it too some day. And just for fun I am totally Team Erba Pura and Team Accento Overdose and Accento lol.

I own Lira. It doesn’t project at all; skin scent but fabulous. I bought Dapper roller ball oil and body cream in Lira and he did a great job 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Consider getting that instead 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t regret getting Lira but I got Dapper so I don’t suck down the entire bottle of Lira in a month.
There are a lot of people who don’t like Italica. I actually hated it when I first tried it. It smelled like burnt plastic to me. A year later I tried it again, and fell in love. Now it’s one of my favorites!

I love erba pura! So so many compliments. I go nose blind to it. But everyone can smell it. I do smell it on my clothes, lasts forever on clothing!!! Starlight was a big NO!!

I have Lira and love the smell but the longevity is not great. I have a sample of love and crime and it lasts ways longer.

I’m so pleasantly surprised! I thought I would never consider purchasing full sized bottles of these fragrances. But now….🤔

I got a full bottle the biggest bottle of Italica.. blind bought it...i hated it on first sniff...it has a plastic note i cant get over ....its just sitting on my shelf...uggh ! I also dislike Lira...it smells like HotShot bug spray...thank goodness i only have a 30oz sized bottle of Lira....i have Cruz Del Sur II and i love it.

Shunkoin is horrible, I had to scrub it like mad when I arrived at home! But I love TONY IOMMI, La Capitale and Accento Overdose. Also, I dislike Erba Pura because it smells like a laundry product I am using at the moment.
😂this video had you stressing and forgetting! I own Lira and it didn't last long on me either. Fast forward 6-8 months and its alot better. Dama Bianca smells like no other. So unique.
