The bulging eyes, nervous twitch, Bronx accent and rapid-fire one-liners...still one of the funniest guys--even the ads he did for MIller beer in the 70's-80's were LOL..His grave marker reads. "There goes the neighborhood", no kidding!!
Psalm 18:LOVE!!! ♥ In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.
that rabbit joke is not understood by people today. before they had pregnancy tests they used a rabbit because their reproduction system is similar to a human female, to see if a woman was pregnant. if the rabbit died the woman was pregnant.
Wow, the photo of his dad with Charlie Chaplin in San Francisco! And wow Rodney’s early publicity photo with the gun and doll would not go over well today. Back then it was so far fetched, but today it happens so much we are numb. 😢
That's a part of history you just saw as well,..I don't know if you know who Charlie Chapman is,..but he did movies back when they had no sound,..silent pictures, silent movies,..and Rodney's dad being in Vaudeville,..that's probably a century ago now,..thats where comedians did what they do now stand-up, and gags, and slapstick, pie in the face stuff, and Sammy Davis Jr. as a little kid,..danced on Vaudeville,..that was his "act",..with not sure his dad, or uncle,..have to look it up again, he too whenever he was on Johnny Carson's show, had pictures of him as a kid, in his little outfit,..Davis was in the original Oceans 11, with Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra,..the original "rat pack",..lot of history in comedy,..aside from jesters in kings courts, here in America, we made it a very, very big part of culture, and Rodney like so many greats, left their mark,..so glad you young people have this footage still here for you to enjoy what me and other oldsters enjoyed on a regular basis when we were your age,..I swear seemed like an everyday thing,..Flip Wilson, Rowan and Martin(Goldie Hawn, Kurt Russell's lady was on there), Ed Sullivan Show(Richard Pryor, Godfrey Cambridge, along with Dangerfield were featured on there, as well as on Carson's show),..do check out that old footage,..Godspeed, Peace ✌

He jumped from one subject to another and never missed a beat, lol.
9:27 The look Rodney gave when the joke bombed was even more funnier.
Rodney Dangerfield: Back to School😂
Rodney Dangerfield was the best
RIP RODNEY. Your really missed
A great movie with him is an earlier one called "Easy Money".

Dom's laughing was the best part.
Always loved his laugh 😝
Psalm 18:LOVE!!! ♥ In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.
When Rodney sat next to Johnnie, he would try out new material.
Took for granted
You guys gotta watch the movie caddyshack Rodney dangerfield started in it.
He kept jerking on his tie till it was crooked!!!!
For Comedy Gold : Harry Enfield : Women, Know Your Limits.
React to Rodney Dangerfield movie Back to School. Even has a young Robert Downey Jr. In it.
Give me this over Fallon, Corden and Kimmel any day
Absolutely! When comedy was king and the acts were class! So glad they were caught on film too!

So many clips I've watched with him but this one he mumbled trying to talk so fast. It's the first time he was hard to understand.
Maybe don't smoke pot during the reaction..
Why not though ? 🤷
