Alumni Centennial Celebration: 100 Years of Love and Family

The 100th year of Isla Lipana & Co./PwC Philippines brought together friends and former colleagues at the Okada Grand Ballroom on 8 July 2022.
The Alumni Centennial Celebration was a much-awaited event in PwC Philippines alumni community.
Highlights:
● Welcome remarks by Chairman and Senior Partner Roderick Danao
● Live interviews with selected alumni on their fondest memories with the firm
● Introduction of 44 partners, including the ten newly admitted ones
● Ceremonial toast with 44 partners plus the three former territory senior partners (Corazon de la Paz-Bernardo, Tammy Lipana and Judith Lopez)
● 12 initiatives for the centennial year, with a speech by Chairman Emeritus and ESG Leader Alex Cabrera
● Teaser launch on the upcoming "The Centenarian: In the Mind of the CEO" interview series
● Recorded performance on "Our Values Photo-Story" project by the El Gamma Penumbra shadow play group
● Live performance of a medley of songs by PwC Glee
● Dance of the decades live performance by the PwC Philippines Moves
● Fun awards (Early Bird, Most Active Alumni, Hero, Living Legend, Best Social Media Engagement, Everglow, Cinderella, Runway, Sports Buff, Oldest Alumnus, Life of the Party)
● Hosts: Isla Lipana & Co. Learning & Development Executive Director Ron Melendres and radio host DJ Chacha
● Entertainment by the Side A band, RJ Jimenez and Band, and Chris Gulapa & Co.
● Selfie stations, the Wall of Fame and LED screens featuring old photos, commemorative ID station, 100 logo face masks, roving photographers, 100 logo gifts and the 100 arch provided the backdrop at the foyer for the seemingly endless hellos, shrieks, hugs, chatter and selfies among the alumni and current partners and staff.
