- The Stud or Scrub team heads to the CanHammer Team tournament. The largest Canadian Team Tournament in history. 22 8 person teams came to compete.
I bring my SkySplinter Drukhari and play 5 rounds against 5 awesome opponents ! I faced 3 eldar, one Astra Militarum and a Necron player over the weekend.

+1 for the reaver jetbikes. I don't have a beast pack in my collection so I use reavers as a stand-in. Great for move blocking and secondaries like engage plus a cheeky heat lance shot occasionally.
Not a terrible stand in for sure .
I vote for the bikes: loads of speed, move blocking, secondary scoring, mortal wound cheekiness, and OC6 per squad. Also heat lances.
I have a love/hate relationship to the heat lance.

2 pain tokens with the court/kabs/archon usually kill a ctan unsupported. Good time.

Most of the time! The vast majority of the time.
2x3 reaver bikes is a surprising bit of extra punch and its just yet another annoying target the opponent would have to deal with. I think I like that better.
Nice , yeah they move fast, have assault guns and decent OC
I saw you playing through the WarGames Livestream. I had hoped we'd see you no the main table for a battle but hey, first time I saw you playing live. 60 games with the new detachement is quite a lot. I think I have played 2 or 3 so far. But then I'm also working on my new grey knights and I am starting a death korp of krieg addition for my imperial guard at the same time :)

I’ve been running the double bikes. For a while now, behind enemy lines and deploy won me multiple games vs that necrons list, and honestly just running away and contesting obj with 5 kab or wracks , archons held up there ctans too
That’s a great use for them !
The two Talos option is the one I am currently running, they are good as they have options to score some primarys but I miss the no overwatch enhancemnt
Yeah, that makes sense , the nightmare shroud is really good in certain matchups like guard with hellhounds and warp spiders .
Another great review, can I ask did you go tactical with your secondaries?
I have been playing very similar lists and also struggling with wracks and Talos or reavers, basically that 120 points after you take all the good stuff haha, i have purchased a couple of harlequin voidweavers and replaced the haywire scourges so I will play a few games with them and see how I get on
Yeah usually tactical.
What do you think of Archon + court + 5 kabalytes (the good ones) in a raider, with the 5 other on a venom? And with phantasmal smoke for a another layer of buff? You might have to remove a kabalyte unit to make it work.
I have tried the full 15 in a tantalus , but not the raider.
I like your list. I think it’s doing great things. I have a question. In a previous game you had talked about 2 units of haywire scourge over the 2 units of dark lance and one haywire scourge. Do you still stand by the 8 dark lances and only one haywire or would you prefer a different configuration?
I really like the 2 dark lance scourge .

Are some harlequins as allies like the solitaire and death jester viable for killing enemy units and farming pain tokens fast?
I have used both . They are ok.
You think heat lances on the scourges would help in the necron matchup, without losing to much grip on the others?
In the end the scourges would have to move into overwatch range pretty often… which may be the breaking factor for this idea.
But generally heat lances with s14, ap-4 and assault are equal to dark lances even without melta range (damage wise).

Love your content was a new drukhari main:) to questions: how strict is wyswyg in Most tournaments? Just got two boxes of scourges and am quite shocked about the weapons in the box :/ is it Save to run the default weapons and mark the unit on most tournaments? Beastmaster: how the heck are you supposed to get him? Is a 3d Print Save for use?
As for guns , try to make sure all the guns are the same , but you can print / convert to try get all the guns you need . As for the beastpack , prints , or second hand or conversion or proxies for now.
@@SkaredCast Thanks for the answer. So in case of scourges build the basic weapons, and in a tournament environment mark the unit somehow to indicate that they are equiped with e.g. dark lances?
For 3D printing: I guess i should try to match the size / height of the models as best as possible?
Jest had a poor performance at a teams tornament. Actually, all of the dark kin did with myself placing 76th and top dark eldar placing 75th outta 90 players. My lack of beast packs was rough. Any thoughts on using corsairs with their lower pts cost over the pack?
I have only used the corsairs one time , and they died super fast … I recommend converting a pack if possible !
What about dropping the wracks + talos + spiteful raider for 1 more cronos + death jester to help with pain tokens + site of power play? 2k points on the nose with this setup
I have always enjoted the DJ that’s not a bad idea.

I like 2 but 3 can work .
I've run 3. It's very fun, just a lot of wounds to chew through
I recommend bringing Urien Rakarth his flamer alone gets his points back ,resurrecting is annoying for opponants and you get the Pain token from having a Haemonculi.Just have him on his own hiding behind a building healing your talos or conos then jump him out flamer then tie up a unit hes quite tanky with t4 5w 4+inv and 4+feel no pain and his 5A hitting on 2+anti infantry2+ weapon that is ap-1 d3D is pretty gd.
You don't get the extra pain token in the skysplinter detachment.
Urien has been great in the Realspace raid detachment .

I would honestly remove a kabalite unit and replace them with a third archon with Incubi (by removing the wracks and add enhancements for the remaining 20 pts) since Kabalites do no damage with their 1 dark lance hitting on 4's. But you probably know what you're doing.
My two kab units have been awesome , in almost every game .
kabs are there to score and deny primary, not primarily for their damage output
