One of the first things I was taught when learning to ride a bike is that any idiot can go fast on a motorcycle. It takes skill and intelligence to go slowly.
First time on a different bike, who knows what he rode prior. He was actually pretty smart to be extra cautious, none of us were born riders, we ALL had to start somewhere, he's probably just getting his sea legs, nbd, he'll get there. God Bless you both, stay safe on the road.
That's why any person that makes fun of someone for being a "noob" is a moron. Like oh, I'm sorry. I had no idea that you were born by riding a turbo busa out of your mother at the east coast hospital/ track at 190mph. Like wtf is up with people. How about help even if they are new

@@Dabergyt i was in his situation a few month ago. starting and going straight is the easiest part of motorcycling. I'm worried about the credits i lost though ^^
actually he's got none, he's not wearing a lid. This should be the absolute minimum requirement before riding a motorbike, doesn't matter how slow you're going.
51 years riding n racing. I never go smoking out on a new bike, new road, no leathers , no helmet...newbies always... Whiskey throttle or kill the motor trying to negotiate throttle clutch. Looks steady, stright line. Looks ok to me. I saw a new rider in 2018 try to ride his new bike out of the dealership and tried to throttle out hard on a cold tyre 45 angle. Laid the bike lowside all over the road. I had just bought a CBR and knew the tires were cold. Street was busy, and the road was old and slick. I looked like this guy right after warching the guy in front of me, lay out his new Aprilia all over traffic.
Looks good to me. If anything, lots of people struggle to ride sportbikes at slow speeds. He had great throttle control and smooth clutch release. Props to him.
clutch in, shift 1st, slowly let out. kids can learn this. his heels are on the peg. hes using a lot of upper body strength and he doesnt have relaxed piano/typing arms. things youd know
Keeping the bike stable and not wobbly at that low of speed tells me he's being cautious and getting a feel for the bike as opposed to not knowing what he's doing. Two areas you can always tell if a rider is at least decent is at super low speeds like this video, and how they handle curves and turns.
learn my lesson jumping on a zx14r that had a bent fork, let the handle bars go doing 65mph. the thing started wobbling so bad it was by Gods grace im here to tell the story
Yep he's an experienced rider alright. It takes way more control to go that slowly while getting to know a new bike. That's one guy they won't be scraping out of the guardrail.
Actually going fast on the bike with no experience leads to noobs in the telephone pole. Better to let him wobble at 3-4k a bit, all it helps with is stability, if that’s your definition of all round easier. He’ll prolly get the hang of it but there no doubt this is sketchy and moronic with no gear
Been riding about 35 years. I can tell he's nervous but clearly knows how to ride. I mean, I'd be nervous on a gsx-r for the first time too, things a monster.
He's actually being respectful for the neighborhood. He was confident rolling over that "speed hump" and taking time to get the feel of his new expensive investment. I'm pretty sure that the old owner was the same way. Either that or the bike was to scary for him, so he sold it.
I have been riding since I was 12 this guys is doing what’s right. Not showing off and being safe. I ride wheelies and I do stupid shit but thst does not make me an expert.
It's probably his first sport bike my guy. I was the same when I rode my first after learning on trail bikes. Imagine gatekeeping a mode of transportation
Him immediately putting his feet up tells me he atleast has some experience. That's the first thing the instructors drilled into my head at my motorcycle safety course.
That's way better than the guy I sold my 750 to. He took off with it like a lunatic and I found out later he wrecked it the same day. So, needless to say, I definitely have respect for this guy!

I had been riding 13 years which isn’t long compared to some people but it certainly isn’t short. I sold my bike for one of those years and was riding a lot of cruisers and enduros. One day a friend invited me to a track day on a little R3. Needless to say I stalled it when getting on at first and was a bit slow getting used to foot position and seating position. After about 5 minutes or so I was riding it just fine though. Perhaps this is a similar case. He bought this bike, doesn’t want to break it, nervous since eyes are on him and it’s a unique seating position to what he’s used to… the only critique I have is put on some damn gear man!
This guy is not buying it to ride it, he's a resaler. Same thing happened with me when I sold a motorcycle to some guy, he came to my house and didn't even test drive it he just put it in the back of a moving truck and took it. I asked him if he wanted to test drive it and said, no it's ok. Since I sold it so cheap his intention was to sell it out of a dealership so he can sell it super expensive.
When you hop on a new bike, let the clutch out until it starts engaging. Pull it back in and do that a few times until the friction zone starts becoming muscle memory.

Just spent thousands on a bike, taking it easy in a neighborhood, being respectful of neighbors, no helmet or gear
"hE dOeSnT kNoW hOw To RiDe" 🤡
One of the first things I was taught when learning to ride a bike is that any idiot can go fast on a motorcycle. It takes skill and intelligence to go slowly.
Absolutely can. Most people CANT ride slow
There it is, exactly, made that point just above, too.
@@carmisti you can tell who took the class and who didnt😭😭😭
@aaronjackson6734 haha yep, I guess that's true. Msf course is great in spades.
More skill in doing anything slower
It’s a practice that takes a while to accomplish
He knows how to ride more than you know how to write a coherent sentence.
EDIT: Love reading the comments. LOL . I fixed it.
😂
😂😂😂
True……that!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
Its ; know how to write NOT ;knowing how to write😂LOL
Now here is a lil something for the peanut Gallery 😁 an it's true.
He’s being respectful in a neighborhood
I went down only once, I was not respecting the motorcycle, she humbled me and let me live.
First time on a different bike, who knows what he rode prior. He was actually pretty smart to be extra cautious, none of us were born riders, we ALL had to start somewhere, he's probably just getting his sea legs, nbd, he'll get there. God Bless you both, stay safe on the road.
Your mom was born a rider
God bless u too bro
That's why any person that makes fun of someone for being a "noob" is a moron. Like oh, I'm sorry. I had no idea that you were born by riding a turbo busa out of your mother at the east coast hospital/ track at 190mph. Like wtf is up with people. How about help even if they are new
@@trapbartnationgaming7184you got him good man
@@trapbartnationgaming7184Go to bed kid and I'll pray for you.
❤ Thank you to everyone standing up for the rider!
it's clearly its first ttime ever riding a bike, and without protection. there isn't anything good about it.
@LaurentLaborde you honestly think that someone who never rode before could get on a 750 and be that smooth? You lost all your credit now. You know nothing.
@@Dabergyt i was in his situation a few month ago. starting and going straight is the easiest part of motorcycling. I'm worried about the credits i lost though ^^
In that foot position. Try riding a power cruiser with forward controls.
These people act like they know he don’t live a couple blocks down.
Look at how he looks at the peg to rest his foot. The corrections on his arm, you can also tell he’s nervous. Looks like a new rider
Yeah
That's the look of someone who probably ridden a bike a few times
Lord have mercy on the clutch 🙏
He is just being respectful, don't be stupid.
He’s got common sense, he should be praised for chilling out, and taking it easy, to feel at one with the bike. Live to ride another day!👍🏻💪🏻
If he had common sense he'd at least have a helmet and gloves
actually he's got none, he's not wearing a lid. This should be the absolute minimum requirement before riding a motorbike, doesn't matter how slow you're going.
No helmet = Zero common sense
Kid doesn't even know where the shifter is 😂 had to double check
He’s like “i better not drop this thing” I just spent every dollar I got on it
Why’d you close the caption early 😂

Right
Me when I got my bike 😂
"Always respect a bike. Don't ever think that you're a good rider."
-My dad.
You sold the bike to what looks like an honest man
Looks good to me. If anything, lots of people struggle to ride sportbikes at slow speeds. He had great throttle control and smooth clutch release. Props to him.
Well sportbikes aren't big fans of low speed
exactly what i was looking for. bad clutch control
I don't blame him for being cautious on a bike he just bought and hasn't ridden
Bro is riding that like grandma is on the back
Wow bro, you got absolutely wrecked I'm the comments my guy. This dude can ride, he is just nervous man. Don't put people on blast is the moral...
Riding a sportbike slow is far harder than it looks, he knows what he's doing but he's very very nervous.
Ya always fun doing anything the first time with a camera in your face
clutch in, shift 1st, slowly let out. kids can learn this. his heels are on the peg. hes using a lot of upper body strength and he doesnt have relaxed piano/typing arms. things youd know
He ducked walked it out, if this is what you consider normal your standards are very low
I'd be nervous also not wearing a helmet 😅
Its probably been a while.
That’s the guy will never die on the road. At least it won’t be his fault.
Keeping the bike stable and not wobbly at that low of speed tells me he's being cautious and getting a feel for the bike as opposed to not knowing what he's doing. Two areas you can always tell if a rider is at least decent is at super low speeds like this video, and how they handle curves and turns.
I never get on a new bike and start hauling ass. Shit might be busted af
learn my lesson jumping on a zx14r that had a bent fork, let the handle bars go doing 65mph. the thing started wobbling so bad it was by Gods grace im here to tell the story
Was just being prudent and respectful of the neighbors
He doesnt have gear on and being cautious and respectful.
Yep he's an experienced rider alright. It takes way more control to go that slowly while getting to know a new bike. That's one guy they won't be scraping out of the guardrail.
Why even record and post this lol
Was thinking the saaame thing. Bad for business right here🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
The same reason any tiktok, reel, or short exists, to burn the time off your biological clock.
@@v4riab1lity77😅 Whoa that's legendary
Only reason I would record him is if he didn't pay me yet.
Nah this dudes a clown that’s why he posted nothing to do with anything else don’t get it twisted
Riding a bike slower is harder then riding faster. Especially on a bike you haven’t been on before
Actually going fast on the bike with no experience leads to noobs in the telephone pole. Better to let him wobble at 3-4k a bit, all it helps with is stability, if that’s your definition of all round easier. He’ll prolly get the hang of it but there no doubt this is sketchy and moronic with no gear
Came to say this
@@KP-iv5ihyour a idiot if u think going fast on a bike is harder then going slow
Tru
Looks like he’s riding. Looks like he might be acting cautious and careful.
Smart
Been riding about 35 years. I can tell he's nervous but clearly knows how to ride. I mean, I'd be nervous on a gsx-r for the first time too, things a monster.
New bike, being filmed, no lid or leathers etc etc how else was he to ride the thing
He knew how to ride better than you could write no cap lol😅
Exactly 😂
Whine about no cap, with no punctuation.... Ripe
@@robertwhite6248 ripe.
He handled that speed bump like a pro right out of the gate while at the same time getting his bearings with the bike. He knows how to ride.
I’ve done the same thing bought an 06 cbr1000 it was to fast I hit 140 sold it back to the dude the next day thankful to still be here
At least you didn’t film him to make his first ride super awkward for him 😂
Yeah what a lame
He's actually being respectful for the neighborhood. He was confident rolling over that "speed hump" and taking time to get the feel of his new expensive investment.
I'm pretty sure that the old owner was the same way. Either that or the bike was to scary for him, so he sold it.
He would be a great neighbor when he is always this quiet
I have been riding since I was 12 this guys is doing what’s right. Not showing off and being safe. I ride wheelies and I do stupid shit but thst does not make me an expert.
It's probably his first sport bike my guy. I was the same when I rode my first after learning on trail bikes. Imagine gatekeeping a mode of transportation
Exactly, you could ride dirt your whole life. Getting on a street bike is alien to you. Was to me, I was just like him.
The poster was born riding bikes and never had to learn.
Him immediately putting his feet up tells me he atleast has some experience. That's the first thing the instructors drilled into my head at my motorcycle safety course.
He is just showing respect to you. That he is taking good care of the bike. One street later the party is starting😂
We convinced our entire generation that this is a battle that we could win.
And the neighborhood breathes a sigh of relief.
Definitely 😂
That's way better than the guy I sold my 750 to. He took off with it like a lunatic and I found out later he wrecked it the same day. So, needless to say, I definitely have respect for this guy!
I don’t blame him. No sense in crashing the shit you just bought. I wouldn’t be riding my throttle and gears too hard on any thing I just bought. W buyer.
You could tell he was a new rider but he knew what he was doing, just looked kinda nervous. He’ll be fine 💯
That was NOT a new rider. Going slow like that with no wobbles. Try again.
@@TwoSockAgreed, maybe his first sport bike. I was anxious as fuck when I got mine even though I have been riding bike since 16 on the roads and on dirt before that. With great power comes great responsibility
I’ve been riding dirt bikes since I was four years old, I’m 41. I’ve had multiple street bikes and ride daily. I would’ve ridden a new GSXR away very similarly. I’m not sure what you people wanted him to do. That guy has ridden a motorcycle before.
Yep brand new rider jumping on a superbike with no helmet and no gear with perfect slow control. Good Odds ✔️
I sold a gsxr 1000 to a guy who damn near ramped the speed bump when he left and then he slid through the stop sign. I instantly regretted selling him the bike. Not out of fear for the bike but i feared for his life
He is being respectful. Thats all.
Just watched someone with good control get started on his new bike and checking it out. Guess he is a better rider then you ever will be.
I hope he'll be ok. That thing has a shit load of power. Be safe my guy, nice to see you taking it easy at 1st and not being stupid and gunning it like, "Yea I know what I'm doing" (CRASH!!!!)
He doing fhe right thing...if i burrow someones toy..wether car or bike im going easy till i see how well it brakes etc...a bike is no joke so take it slow till ya get into it...rode one today and for sure its no joke...it wanted to go but i decided to go easy
Shocking to see that kind of maturity from someone on a gsxr.. they're like the mustang drivers of the bike world
I had been riding 13 years which isn’t long compared to some people but it certainly isn’t short.
"the only critique I have is put on some damn gear man!"
Agree. Asphalt at 30+mph>any big muscles. lol
What is gear gonna do tbh only gear that would help is a helmet

You know the neighbors had a party after this left the block.
He's being respectful in a residential neighborhood. Watching a few of your shorts, you don't do the same.
1st step to not wrecking on a superbike is knowing your limits. You can ride anything if your careful.
Basically just looks like a smart rider to me. He is just respecting the bike, as you should.
He knows how to ride wonder if he can teach you how to write a sentence an make sense 🤷🏻♂️
@@erniekeck5823 Don't push your illiteracy off on me.
Respect to the rider. Show respect before you buy and have some fun after. Bless dude hope you got to Rip that shit after
This guy is not buying it to ride it, he's a resaler.
Well at least he’s respecting the bike, and not overconfident and just twisting the throttle
He knows how to ride - to go that slow and smooth on that bike - with confidence.
Didn't even really blip the throttle either just let the clutch catch it he knows what he doing but looks pretty rusty not gonna lie
He’s being respectful and adjusting relax bro
Can confirm he 100 percent knows how to ride a bike
my man was just searching for the friction zone. chillax
It's a 750.... there's nothing to search for
When you hop on a new bike, let the clutch out until it starts engaging. Pull it back in and do that a few times until the friction zone starts becoming muscle memory.
Looks like a reasonable guy riding a new bike for first time to me. What's wrong with being a responsible rider on a quiet neighborhood street ?
