Love Bundoran we go there every year and will be there again in 4 weeks.
I've been a regular visitor to Bundoran since 1964 and it has certainly come on a bit since then, certainly as far as accommodation is concerned. The best thing about the town is the beach and the coastal walks.Roguey is probably the best for beginners. Essentially one street, the town needs a bypass to remove the heavy through traffic. Some of the eateries have managed to escape the great Irish food revolution and should be selected with caution. All in all the town is best suited to (sunny) day trips or being used as a base to tour Donegal and/or the west coast.
