I am not from Donegal, yet back in 2015 - 2018 I was looking for work in all sectors, whatever I could get my hands on. I applied for a few jobs in and around Co. Donegal, never heard anything back.....

They expect you to change with the times so they can make money. It's the same here in the states. Keep your family indoors, don't use public spaces and parks like people used to. Dress casually, minimal jewelry, walk like you have a purpose... They'll also be training law enforcement to avoid charges wherever possible and intentionally mislabeling crimes to keep the records from looking too bad, paired with media's strategic coverage.

We have had many wonderful holidays in Ireland from England, now sadly the hotels we stayed in are privately booked for the this year accepting no new reservations. What a travesty that Irish tourism is lost & that of the income of pubs, shops, etc.

The government are giving the landlords, hotel and building owners to house the migrants. Serco get millions, ClearSpring get millions. They (the govt using tax payers money) pay the rent and building repair and maintenance. You surely don’t think these landlords are housing them out of the goodness of their hearts?

I was at 2 weddings in Northern Ireland recently and all staff where Irish including bar staff and managers so his argument doesn’t hold up
My point is it’s very possible to have Irish staff , the hotel I’m speaking about isn’t far from bundoran, he is blaming young people going to Australia , I think there must be other factors when he can’t get staff.
I holiday in that area twice a year every year and I’ve spoken to the young staff employed at these bar’s/hotels etc many time’s most are part time seasonal positions with long hours and minimum wage maybe that’s why people like him can’t get staff but hey he’s up 25% of the back of the Irish tax payer,just another low life i for one will never use any of his facilities again.vote No x2 🇮🇪👍

I left Ireland in the eighties to come to UK like many others not out of choice. I go back all the time and try to visit all the galleries and spend money supporting businesses. I miss Ireland and would love to come home but its only a dream now.
