We are all cheering you on brother, the king of shredded lifetime natty never fatty always classy lets gooooooo! Seriously thank you for all your hard work posting these videos. You inspired me so much over the last decade to live a healthy lifestyle and be an example for others. I hold you up as an example of the best lifetime natural bodybuilders along with Vince Gironda, Marshall Johnson, Brian Whitacre, and Jeff Alberts. You guys kept me inspired when I wanted to quit, and are a large part of where I am today in my journey. Much love to you bro
Man. I love it when bodybuilders who are older than me do so well. Reminds me what's possible and makes me look forward to aging rather than dread it. I remember when adults would tell me that the body peaks at age 23 & begins to decline from there. I was a fool for believing them.
You’re looking not natural brother. And I know you’re natty so I mean that as a compliment! You seem to look bigger as you get leaner. I know that’s an illusion but it’s a nice way to be. Loving your updates. Learning from a legend!
Listening to the 3DMJ podcast during an early morning run about 5 years ago, Eric said to Andrea something along the lines of, "bodybuilding is competitive starvation." I switched from bodybuilding to powerlifting in that moment. But gooooooo Berto! We're all rooting for you.
Absolutely loving these videos :)) For the sake of constructive criticism, it's much more enjoyable to watch when someone is looking into the lens, not looking off to the viewfinder/screen at themselves (the odd glance over is fine). I'm sure many people don't mind as it's really common, but personally I find this super distracting and hard to watch. Thanks for the amazing content!
These exercises are awesome! Keep grinding! Question for you... have you ever used Next Level Diet? I got a custom muscle build up meal plan from them and it's really working for me.
Loving these prep updates! Looking really good Alberto and I admire the chill factor. Us A types can learn a lot from your example. Poise under pressure is a 3DMJ trait for sure!
Rear Delt Rows. But he’s doing heavy partials in the stretched range of motion (the bottom) since the full motion exercise he did earlier is hardest at the top.
Hey Bert, hope you see this. I'm built very similarly to you in terms of structure and frame, but I have small hands and throughout my training I have absolutely *hated* using thicker barbells/dumbbell handles, even for pressing movements or curls. Do you feel these thick prime attachments are something I should overlook? I use their paddle handles for single arm pull downs and love them, but when I see you using this thick cable attachment it sends quivers down my spine just thinking about using them myself lol. Does your girl use the big silvers and like them? Thanks for your time and help man
12:40 striations between bicep and deltoid are amazing! You're dry and lean af. Thank you for inspiration Alberto, you're a role model! Btw at 20:35 I see you're still doing slow negative move with the stop on the bottom stretching calves. Did you notice more gains or better muscle shape in comparison to traditional quick moves while training calves? I do the same now
