This is beautiful Kanella. Sometimes torching it after brings more cells up also. I just love the shimmer and golden highlights. The few cells that are there, look perfect. Great Video Lisa, I mean Kanella. I laughed at your remark.😅😅😊
Yes you can learn lots of interesting things on UA-cam. This is how I have got involved in abstract art. This is beautiful and I love it without all the cells ❤❤❤
The longer it sets the more the cells pop up. At first there was too much white negative space. But after you did the mouth blows and moved the other colors around. Wow, can't wait to see the dried results.
I love this piece Kanella! I'm off to paint now with renewed inspiration. I like the cells - just the right amount for this piece. Thank you for sharing your experience with Amsterdam Pouring Medium🙂
I don’t know if you do anything with all the leftover paint that flows overboard, but you can perhaps sell or give away paint skins to collage artists, mixed media & junk journallers. Thought I’d mention it since I watched a video where you scraped the lot off & started again. Super pretty canvas
Watching for the first time from sth eastern Australia where our autumn weather has been absolutely stunning, 3 weeks of 25-28c every day, with cooler nights than summer. We do need some rain though, it’s pretty dry. Autumn Victoria is always beautiful! And I loved the colours that you chose for this. Gorgeous!!
Beautiful blue on "mini" canvas! I'm on the fence about cells, mostly cuz' I just cannot get them right! ("Pretty cells" of decent size & spread.) I get tiny dots, if anything & not uniformly anything. So, I've been just pouring & not trying for cells ~ the smooth, relaxing, swoops of colors (sans cells) are very pretty too! 1 thing about Am. Floetrol...it seems to dull the color a little? Esp. with metallics, I think. Been using less Floetrol & bit more water this last batch & I bought gallon of Elmer's Glue-All, which dries very clear as glue; will give it a try next.
I like the dimension in this little painting. The colors are so much like an iris to me. I wonder if more cells developed later. I think you'll find some fun ways to use this pouring medium.
WOW, I’m actually surprised the Amsterdam Pouring Medium didn’t give you more cells because when I’ve used it as my PM for a straight pour, it normally creates a ton of cells. The blowout is beautiful as always! Just recently found out that I’m going to be assisting Tara in Asheville so I’m super excited to get to see you again!! Much love my friend and I’ll see you soon!🤗💝
Beautiful you never wrong with blues. I want to thank you for the advice of Kristal resin, finally I try I loved. Thank you so much I appreciate. And no idea what you going to do, maybe work with wood. We’re ever you going to start good luck, wish the best, God bless you.
Hello, Finally, you've used the Amsterdam pouring medium! I'm so happy to see this amazing final result; you are as creative as always. However, I have some advice: when using the Amsterdam pouring medium, don't rely on the same mixing ratios you use with the American Floetrol. Make the mixture's consistency closer to that of acrylic paint mixed with water (somewhat light). You'll achieve wonderful cells that way. I'm from Jordan, and we don't have American Floetrol here, so I use the Amsterdam pouring medium and get good results. I can send you some pictures. You are my reference for my work with this technique, and I draw inspiration from your amazing works. One last note: I think the amount of paint you poured was too much, so when you blew on it, the color didn't have enough space to show the cells. I'm looking forward to your next attempts, either with less amount of paint or using a larger canvas. 😍.
I enjoy watching your videos and have enjoyed learning from you . I'm 72 yrs young and I have been busy painting to fill my what have been empty time .Now I don't know what to do with the 100 canvas that I have painted . Any advice on how to go about selling them on line ? I hate to toss them in the trash . I had tried offering them too family and friends but no takers .
My guess for your upcoming is that you're getting a glow forge or a cutting machine to do your own wood pieces. 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 I think the piece is pretty. I personally love lots of cells. But this is very pretty too. It looks like silk ribbon.
Hi Kanella! Love the blues! I’ll be in Elizabeth City, North Carolina from the 27th-April 1st visiting my son and his family. Just missing you😊 Have a great time!🥰
I think it’s beautiful 😍 and the gold did definitely NOT take over. I would have put more gold in there, but that’s because I love gold. This is absolutely no criticism to your painting Kanella. I love it ♥️
Hello kanella this painting is absolutely lovely both recipes are good dépends if you went cell or not i like yours myself you did a great job as usual 👏👏👏🤗
Of course, it's beautiful! It's interesting that there weren't more cells even with the 2 shimmery paints. I have another guess at your surprise: jewelry making! Can't wait to find out what it is!
I like it alot, I am not crazy about alot of cells, I love those gold parts, it came out really good, the only thing is it didnt make a dramatic change and the Amsterdam is so much more money, I think it is more cost efficent to use the floetrol
Loving the colours. Looks ok without to many cells. Um did you say that your hairdryer doesn't have a cold function. I have bought a travel hairdryer to use and when i got it home it only has the hot function. My old one had hot and cold and i only used the cold function,
I think you are doing an Xtool or something like that to design and cut your own pieces for your canvas. You are such a good artist and if true that would be amazing.
Loved the less cells. Also I love the 10x10. More affordable for people buying the artwork. Not comfortable doing anything bigger than 14 14 or 16 x 20. Also as a hobby artist.... can only go so big in my laundry table 😂
This is really beautiful, but I am surprised. I have this pouring medium and it produced so many cells it was wild!! Cathleen Ozmore used it in a swipe and the cells ate up all the paint!! If what you are doing what I think you are doing, I sure hope you plan on selling them!!! Too expensive to order from the States and our Michaels on the West coast has them but they are sooo expensive!! ♥😉
Unfortunately I think it’s a bit flat but that said it will please those that don’t like a lot of cells. Love the colours tho’. Take care,be safe. 💕 Dorset, UK
Pouring medium is actually used for painting and crafts and acrylic pouring etc. the floetrol we use is actually meant for painters who paint homes etc.
Nope. It’s still a ‘temporary’ ring. The original one is in Greece still. My cousin has it and i will be getting it back in August when I go to visit. Lol
Looks good!! Definitely fewer cells in this painting. The uh "Lisa Marvin Spill" reminded me of a pear shape, so if you left it to dry you could maybe have had a golden pear paint skin. I have no idea how you would have used it, probably not jewelry, but could have fit into a piece of the other art you're using skins for, I bet! As for that wedding guess... your dad could be building the stage for the wedding to take place on, or the aisle to walk down.... and "work table" could be a "code name" for now because you would actually be using it to do your art on afterward and "stage for the wedding" would be spoiling the guessing game. Multipurpose things are beneficial. That being said, a wedding wasn't my guess. I did a bit of a search on something that seemed like it could have been a right guess since I was unfamiliar with the guess and if it has anything to do with that I'm looking forward to hearing more about your plans whether that be on Sunday or next week's video!
I'm definitely a fan of the cells! Looks too plain without all the cells you normally have! Beautiful colors though! Thanks for showing your experiment with it ❤
forgot to make a guess last video what you are going to be up to--more in-depth resin work or possibly media media since you have been hanging with Catheline. Can't wait to find out.
I'm so happy you made a video with this PM. I have a bottle of this and haven't figured out what to do with it yet. Have you tried anything else with it? Also, I laugh so hard at how clean you are!! 😂😂
Surely the reason there are no cells is because the Amsterdam is a Pouring Medium (much the same as a pva glue and water mix) and not a Cell Activator.
As it sits, cells begin to pop up thanks to the 24K, but the pouring medium by Amsterdam is pretty worthless for cell creation. Plus, it's far more expensive than regular latex (American) Floetrol.
Lol, poor Lisa gets blamed and she's not even there. 😜 Strange that the pouring medium didn't cell up. I was going to say it might need torching, but if that was the case, your blowing would've caused them. Hmmmmm 🤔 I like the cells. Take care, love. xoxoxooxoxo
The gold certainly didn’t take over in this one, maybe that comes from being mixed with the Floetrol…..It is very pretty though! I think I like the Floetrol better.
Thumbs up for no cells! With all your traveling I think you missed the memo. The nice weather last week...that was spring and summer. We are back to winter here in Sault Ste Marie
my dream studio. You deserve every bit of it too. Very talented. Love all of your work
Thank you so much 😀
Love those three colours together ❤
It’s beautiful! Just the right balance between cell and no cell. Love the shimmer! ❤❤❤❤
OMG, you cracked me up so much. " I feel like Lisa Marvin ". Your pieces are always stunning.
Oh thank you!
It's very cute! Good to know about the pouring medium. Thanks for sharing Kanella😁😘
Love the colors
Very pretty! Love the color palette.
I just bought a small container of that, but I haven’t used it either. I can’t wait to see what you get
The longer it sets the more the cells pop up. At first there was too much white negative space. But after you did the mouth blows and moved the other colors around. Wow, can't wait to see the dried results.
Totally gorgeous 🙏🏻
I love it. Just enough cells
Teeny Tiny is Gorgeous. I miss the cells, but the blues are totally stunning. A set of 3 that work together like this would look amazing.
I love this piece Kanella! I'm off to paint now with renewed inspiration. I like the cells - just the right amount for this piece. Thank you for sharing your experience with Amsterdam Pouring Medium🙂

I’ll send you some rain down from Qld. We’ve apparently been hogging it up here 😊
Love it! I am not a fan of cells.
I will go buy some of! the pouring medium
Beautiful blue on "mini" canvas!

A few did. Not many though

Nice to see a smaller canvas!! Really enjoy your videos.😍💕👏🏼👏🏼🐶🇬🇧🇬🇧

Love the colors. I also like more cells but this turned out really good.

I've used the amsterdam pouring medium in my paint and really liked the results.
I like the cells.

I think the piece is pretty. I personally love lots of cells. But this is very pretty too. It looks like silk ribbon.
Close!
This is very pretty!!! And in your fav blues!!!!
I actually love it!
Hi Kanella! Love the blues! I’ll be in Elizabeth City, North Carolina from the 27th-April 1st visiting my son and his family. Just missing you😊 Have a great time!🥰
That’s too bad. Have fun!
I would use the Amsterdam P.M. if I wanted same results as your piece. Love the colors. However, I do like cells.
All the paint bottles in the back 😍
I think it’s beautiful 😍 and the gold did definitely NOT take over. I would have put more gold in there, but that’s because I love gold.

That’s right. I’ve never ever used cold air. Ever. Not necessary
Love the color
Interesting on the cells, it’s pretty but I like the cells you get ❤❤❤
I actually use 50% house paint and then our European owatrol and then water to the right consisntcty and never ever get cracks even when it’s thick
Love it and I'm one thats not fond of cells so this really helped alot. thanks
You are so welcome!
I love cells, so your other recipe is my favorite .
Gorgeous!!! Great job
I think you are doing an Xtool or something like that to design and cut your own pieces for your canvas. You are such a good artist and if true that would be amazing.
Live near Asheville. Wish I could afford to take classes.
I think it is very pretty
😁😁🎨🎨😂😂😂😂 The joys of painting. I am loving this video and I am laughing with you.

Beautiful ❤
Cells or no cells, it is still Kanella perfect! Love the shimmer! :)
Oh thank you!
I like it very pretty
I really like the cells so this pouring medium would not do. Colors are pretty as usual
LOVE IT!
This is really beautiful, but I am surprised. I have this pouring medium and it produced so many cells it was wild!! Cathleen Ozmore used it in a swipe and the cells ate up all the paint!! What do you think I’m doing? Lol
I think you are going to do some kind of wood cutting, maybe shapes and rounds?@@KanellaCiracoArt
Unfortunately I think it’s a bit flat but that said it will please those that don’t like a lot of cells. Love the colours tho’. Take care,be safe. 💕 Dorset, UK
Do you ever come to Boise or Twinfalls Idaho ? We have a alot of craft fairs .. I would love to see you as a guest / teacher.
Not at this time.
What is the difference between pouring medium and flow medium? We have different once here in South Africa.
Pouring medium is actually used for painting and crafts and acrylic pouring etc.
the floetrol we use is actually meant for painters who paint homes etc.
What is the range your your paintings go for?
From $200 to $700+
I love the colors, but I definitely prefer more cell action. I noticed your ring today. Did you just get it back?
Nope. It’s still a ‘temporary’ ring. The original one is in Greece still. My cousin has it and i will be getting it back in August when I go to visit. Lol
Love the it came out!!
UA-cam actually flagged up your video for the first time in a year! Looking forward to watching. 🏴
That's strange. UA-cam is always doing it for me, her art comes up often.
Same for me! What's up with that??
Love the colors but I like more cells. 💙
Looks good!! Definitely fewer cells in this painting. The uh "Lisa Marvin Spill" reminded me of a pear shape, so if you left it to dry you could maybe have had a golden pear paint skin. Pretty!!
Hi Kanella, please tell me what is the ratio, psint and pm. Thank you
See video 434
Pretty 💕💕
I'm definitely a fan of the cells! Looks too plain without all the cells you normally have! Beautiful colors though! Thanks for showing your experiment with it ❤
I agree with you. I prefer cells.
I’m going to guess that you want to do some furniture building of some sort!! 😃 Yea or Nay? lol??
✌️💜😊
Nay lol
I like more cells. Just used to it.
forgot to make a guess last video what you are going to be up to--more in-depth resin work or possibly media media since you have been hanging with Catheline. Can't wait to find out.
Not quite
It turned out great. Are you coming out with your own paint line?
Nope
Is this pouring medium available in the uk
I would assume so yes
Maybe it’s great for a straight pour? It’s still absolutely beautiful but no cells 😢
Arrrrgggg! I missed Asheville!
I'm so happy you made a video with this PM. I have a bottle of this and haven't figured out what to do with it yet. Have you tried anything else with it? Also, I laugh so hard at how clean you are!! 😂😂
I haven’t tried it for anything else yet.
Beautiful colours, and result. Different to your usual results obviously, but it’s still beautiful to look at! Counting down to your announcement…….
Pretty

Surely the reason there are no cells is because the Amsterdam is a Pouring Medium (much the same as a pva glue and water mix) and not a Cell Activator.
I thought you would have scooped up that gold you spilled, especially when I saw that huge spatula..
Furniture flipping OR something like a glow forge or similar machine
As it sits, cells begin to pop up thanks to the 24K, but the pouring medium by Amsterdam is pretty worthless for cell creation. Plus, it's far more expensive than regular latex (American) Floetrol.
You do finally going to explore your cricut machine
I wish hahahah
Strange the gold disappeared?

Haven't seen you spill before ❤. 😅😅😅
I know right??
Pretty! I myself like more cells! Still think your getting a 3D printer! Love from NB!
Nope lol
Another guess…you are going to start painting barn quilts like me!!! ❤️🥰
I have no idea what that is lol
@@KanellaCiracoArt Hold Up!! I got it. Anthony is going to come join you and have his work station there!!!
Hahahha nope. But would be fun lol
I like the ni cells but to me the good kinda got lost but I really like it
