Hello, I took a services of another company and after transfer the images on my 100% cotton tshirt and after the 1st use before washing I realized cracks in the hole image and looks like that pealing will start soon. Does this happen to your transfers too?
It shouldn’t but it also depends on how the heat press you used. The temp and heat used to cure the transfer onto the shirt. It can also be the transfer. But most of the time it’s the pressure and heat (temperature).
No it should last a very long time if done properly. We have shirts over 2 years that have not lost color or cracked. However there are lots of questions that are needed to be answered in order to find the cause. Was the adhesive powder cured properly? How much pressure are you using? Are you following their cure times/temps? Did you do a double press? If you'd like to test our transfers, you can order a free sample pack from our website. We have detailed instructions that will show you how to properly apply them. Please let me know how we can assist you. If done right, DTF transfers last a lot longer than screenprinting, vinyl, and dtg.
@@transfersuperstars in my manual it says when you first turn the press on to turn the temp to the highest temp to lock it in. I did not read this part before starting. Now my press won't heat up to 480 it only temps to 365. I was wondering if I could reset this function to factory reset. Vevor 5-1 heat press. My girls bought it for me Aug 2023. The pressure points are off and the bar in the back is bent. I wish I could attach a photo. 😭

I bought this heat press and I think is good but the only thing that bothers me is the beep sound and there is no button to cancel it.
It’s a safety feature. You always have the option to modify the sound by muffling it with some tape where the sound is emitting from.

How do you get solid prints on your DTF, i get my colors right but the end result just has a grainy texture to it, not pixelized, its grainy
We color calibrate extensively. You need the right profile and waveform to achieve solid and less grainy prints.

I have not tried it. It might work for a desktop setup but not a continuous roll printer like the one we use

No we don't currently do sublimation. Sorry
How do you hook up the hat press?
We did not test that particular feature on this press but it should be an easy attachment
