The ferry out to the San Juan Islands is incredible. So beautiful. The island themselves were great but the ferry trip was almost the best part for me.

I have had a similar experience in my life, an event so seemingly implausible and meaningfully coincidental, that it just rocks you to your core. It happened years and years and years ago, and the wonderment of it has never left me. Just the sheer "what are the odds?" nature of it...

After your reveal of your monthly rent. It’s a reminder on why I left NYC. Don’t know how you hold it all up . High rent , yoga, just the NY life style and going away for ten days. I guess do it while you can. Simplicity and decompress is always needed. Stay grounded. 😊

Hi Gail! When I want to relax I bring my phone or tablet into my bedroom and lay down and watch UA-cam videos. Its also relaxing to me to go on a walk and end up at my favorite store - Dollar Tree. Its relaxing walking around Dollar Tree at a leisurely pace and looking at everything in the store. I feel like I am alone in the store. Even though there may be other people in the store.
I relax with cooking and especially baking. Listening to music. Eating blueberry oatmeal relaxes me.
Your voice relaxes me. I just decorated for Fall even though its July and summer.decorating relaxes me. Especially Fall decor. Fall is my favorite season. I just want this long hot summer to be gone. I am ready for cold fronts. August 12 th my birthday is the first day of school here in Central Florida. When school starts to me its the start of Fall. I keep my Fall decorations up until November. I add Halloween decorations to my Fall decorations. Shopping at Aldi relaxes me. Its the cheaper prices I think is what relaxes me. Lol.
Shopping on Amazon relaxes me. Doing a Kroger grocery delivery order relaxes me. With all of the sales and digital coupons I save alot of money. Journaling relaxes me. Anyways very much enjoyed your video. Enjoy your trip.💜

Every time I drink, I make that sound you just demonstrated. 🤣🤣🤣🤣How do you spell it? I’ve been doing it for a long time. I'm currently at Mt. Ashland in Oregon, about a five-hour drive from Portland. You'll love it here! If you’re ever near Mt. Ashland, PLEASE send me a message. Have a wonderful time and safe travels! WE GOT THE CALL TODAT - Stem cell transplant will be in October. We will have to live in Portland next door to hospital they have a special facility for patients and family or in this case me for 6 weeks - 2 weeks in the hospital for transplant and 4 weeks next door to OHSU ( brilliant hospital). Sigh I’m scared ❤💜💜💜🫶🏻

well when you don't have a "job" to go to for 40hrs+ week outside your place where you sleep you HAVE to set up a 'routine' in order to maintain somesort of direction to feel that you are making movement & ENJOY every moment because ...you never know it could be your last.......Enjoy the journey.

@@theregoesgail We stayed at The Mark Spencer Hotel. Powell’s City of Books is huge and similar to Strand Books. We were just in Portland one day on a PNW road trip from San Francisco so our only dinner was at Hana Sushi and Izakaya 138 nw 10th ave. They have the conveyor belt sushi which was so cool and the food was so good. You can also order off the menu. Very inexpensive! Salt & Straw for ice cream. Last we went to the Portland Japanese Garden on our way to Seattle. Highly recommend! Have fun!
